Thank you Deborah and family for another top **** review. Location-Location-Location! That’s what all renters rave about-especially when they can walk to Grumpy’s, Ice cream shop, Dennis Village , Scargo Tower and Lost Dog Pub. We prefer the rustic “ Old Cape Cod “ feel, though lack the Pine walls. Hope to see you back another season to share our beautiful home.

Thank you so much for taking time for these comments. Sorry that you found so many issues. with our home: first we heard of many of these issues! Appreciate that you gave credit to our property manager for immediately addressing your problems. We hope that you will find a better match in the future. Best wishes for a happier stay!

Thank you so much for giving us another 5* review!! We appreciate details such as enjoyment of the sunroom! That’s our fave room too! And how did you like the new twin bedroom next to Master? Was using front closet ok for hanging clothing? And the armoire for folded clothes? So glad your large group had fun!! Come back to see us another time!!

Thank you so much for another top review and with special mention of our property manager. Our most important feature! So glad you enjoyed the spaciousness and the neighborhood. We look forward to welcoming you back another year.

Hello Karen and family, Thank you so much for another 5* review! We do pride ourselves on a fabulous property manager Jackie in addition to the lovely spacious house and grounds. I think you got some nice beach weather. Sometimes Cape Cod is like Camelot: rain burns off in am to bursts of sunshine later. Hope to see you another year. Mary Beth and Joost

Thank you B Family for a glowing 5* review. And for choosing our spacious home for your valued family time. You had a couple of hot weeks and we are so happy the A/c held up with help from the de-humidifier. Delighted that you were able to invite your family to share in some memorable times. Would be glad to see you back another season! Mary Beth and Joost

Thank you again, Joan and family for yet another 5* review. We love that you have returned for a third year and hope to keep it up. Dear Valerie and family, Thank you for the glowing review including the most important details : space and cleanliness and comfort. Also good that you alert others to necessity to walk carefully in neighborhood, especially if crossing 6A to walk to Grumpy’s or the Smugglers Ice Cream. Also for the private comments you sent. Maybe we’ll see you another year!

Dear Lois and family-Thanks for staying with us and the wonderful review! Especially appreciate mentioning Jackie and her quick response to water temperature. We love sharing our big home with people ! Are we lucky to be near those fabulous beaches? And bike trails and golf courses and sunset lobster cruises on the CC Bay. We like the big dining area too-good for games and puzzles! Book early so you get your choice week for another year! See you again! Mary Beth and Joost

Hello July 1-8 guests, Thank you so much for your glowing 5* review with special attention to our property manager Jackie. We are so sorry for the cleaning disappointment-wish you had brought this to Jackie’s attention and we would have brought cleaners back to do it right! We have now brought it to the attention of the owner of cleaning service and trust that she will work with her people. And now Jackie will be double-checking when she hands over keys and gives house tour. Otherwise so happy that you enjoyed our peaceful patio and garden and nearby beaches. Hope to see you another year. Mary Beth and Joost
