Dennis - Walk to Mayflower beach from this 4 bedroom 2 bath Cape home with large great room! In addition to the great room on the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, a living room and an eat in kitchen with sliders leading out to the deck over looking the large back yard. The second floor has 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath. Enjoy a barbeque on the gas grill and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach with family and friends. Washer and Dryer, Wi-Fi all included. Make your Cape Cod Memories here! Conveniently located a short distance to Dennis Village, numerous shops, restaurants, ice cream, DPM, the Cape Playhouse, golf...the list goes on! Sleeps 12

PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected. This property had a lot of good space or our family to spread out in. The walk to Mayflower was a little long but doable with a wagon for our stuff. We definitely enjoyed and will be back again!

This is our 2nd time staying in this home & again enjoyed our stay. It is spacious & works well for our family. I only wish there was central air upstairs. Window units are ok but nothing reaches the bathroom & hallway.
