Location, location, location! Just minutes to Brownwood, Saw Grass, and Edna's on the Green. Beautiful new home with stylish furnishings, huge lanai overlooking the very private backyard and separate outdoor patio area! This open concept home features a large kitchen with center island open to the dining nook, spacious living room and formal dining area. Three bedrooms include a private master suite offering a king bed with a mounted 55" TV, bedroom 2 offers a queen bed with a mounted 50" TV and bedroom 3 provides you with a double bed and a twin trundle bed for additional guests. As an added bonus we also have a pack-n-play for the little ones if needed. Enjoy bug free evenings on the extra large lanai which includes a small refrigerator, sectional couch, conversation table and four chairs as well as a 4 person table and chairs. Three community pools and recreation centers are just minutes away!

The Villages offer 50 Championship and Executive golf coursed with more under development. There are also a few 18 hole putting courses one of which is just across the street. There are over 230 pickleball courts for residents and guests that are open year round.

If you'd like to visit the beach, we are approximately 40 miles from the Gulf of Mexico and 70 miles from the Atlantic Ocean making a beach day easy and convenient!

Love The Villages!

We had a good time in the Villages, the house is very well located, nice furniture, the host is very responsive, the cleanliness of the property is the only negative aspect.

Clean and spacious

My family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and spacious for the five of us. The screened patio is large with a lot of comfortable seating and a TV. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is convenient to grocery, shopping and restaurants. The host, Keri, was good with communication. We would definitely stay at this home again in the future.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love our location in the Village of St. Johns! Nature surrounds you providing you with tons of walking/biking trails and gorgeous views of the lake where you can rent kayak's and relax on the water. If you're looking for night time entertainment, shopping or food; Brownwood square is less than a five minute drive and Saw Grass Grove is just south on Meggison only 10 minutes away. Waterlily Recreation center offers outdoor sports, a family pool and billiards inside the recreation center and its a quick golf cart ride away.
