Beautifully furnished 3 bed/2bath designer home situated in the Village of DeLuna. Convenient location close to Water Lily Bridge and Neighbourhood Rec Centre offering daily activities like cardio-drumming, mindfulness, yoga and more. Play Pickleball, shuffleboard, corn hole, tennis and more. There are 2 Family and 1 adult Pool in our Village. We are so lucky to have Lowlands Executive Golf, Marsh View Pitch & Putt and Richmond Pitch & Putt course in our neighbourhood along with the amazing Edna's on the Green with Food Trucks and daily Entertainment. Its only 9 minutes by golf cart to Brownwood Paddock Square for nightly live entertainment and so many amazing restaurants to choose from. The Regional Rec Centre - Everglades with sports pool for laps, water volleyball and the Magnolia Plaza are 8 minutes by golf cart. You can always just relax in the sunshine while sitting in the fully furnished screened in Lanai. The Master Bedroom has a king bed with plenty of closet and storage space with Walkin oversized shower with built in seat. The second and third bedrooms have queen sized beds with tons of drawer space and a very spacious closet. All towels and linens are provided along with a fully stocked kitchen, Dyson Cordless Vacuum and oversized front load washer and dryer. 75" TV in living room, 55" TV in master bedroom. TV's come with cable TV and a Firestick for using streaming services like Netflix. Hi speed Internet included. Nova Filter Water system for the entire home. This is truly a vacation experience like no other.

We are close to retiring but sadly can't spend as much time in this amazing home as we would like.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The Villages is like being on a cruise on land!! We take great pride in the way we have furnished this home. Everything is brand new with a great deal of thought into ensuring you will have everything you need in the kitchen. We love the screened in Lanai and sitting on the wonderful outdoor furniture. Taking a walk in the neighbourhood, meeting all our neighbors. There is no place like the Villages.

Our neighbourhood is located so conveniently to everything that is important in this community....swimming pools, recreation centres, hiking trails, bike trails, shopping plazas and so close to the best squares and entertainment venues. There is so much to do in the villages you will never be bored unless you want to be.
