Condo was as described on site. Clean and comfortable and on the golf course right next to the Country Club. Host was responsive to our texts. Each night the Country Club has outside patio music playing from 5p to 8p. Some of the performers are louder than others. You can hear the base from inside condo with windows and doors closed. Each morning the golf maintenance crew is out on the Green at 6am with their mowers and machines with lights on that flash into bedroom window as they pass by. Golf cart path is just on the other side of the fence shown in the condo picture, so lots of traffic as you sit on patio. I gave a 3 star though because the 2nd day we were there the owner had a team of landscapers arrive at 8a and start to remove the sod around condo. This was a 2 day event and in the mix of it they cut the internet cable with their machines and we had no access for 2 days. The host did reimburse us 75 dollars for the inconvenience,but we did pay more than the reimbursed amount per day. She was responsive when we called, we just would have wished the project was done when no clients were there. So overall its a clean very nice carriage house and owner is responsive.
