Nice place-great location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was in a great location within walking distance to great restaurants and a short drive to Goodyear field. It was well stocked and ready for guests. Great communication with the owner. The only minor ding was that the floor needs some repairs, but nothing that interfered with our stay.

The condo was comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated and equipped with all needed for a short or long stay.

Quiet, Updated , Comfortable and excellent location.

This property is located adjacent to the Wigwam Resort and the interior of the condo is modern and updated. Very comfortable, super quiet and safe property. Beds are also very comfortable and updated as well. Guests should know that unless they have their own subscription to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video etc., the is no cable.

Great 2 bedroom!

Super location, tasteful interior design. Good location near the lake, local cafe, walking routes. Large grocery store not far away (with deli, flowers, and coffee shop).

Condo was okay but not by the lake as advertised. We had to change battery in smoke detector when we arrived. Went to store to get battery. Couldn't find parking spot because 108 looked like 118 because 0 was broken. Description of where to park and walk into complex was backwards. Park in 108 walk past pool and 2nd condo on left had us on wrong side of complex. Direction for parking would be correct from EAst side but 108 parking space was on west side. Hot water took forever. Heat was non existant no matter what we did to thermostat. Floors had pieces missing and poorly laid. Location was great. But not what we expected for description of property or price. We would not recommend.

Arizona trip with friends

This was a cute property very centrally located in Litchfield Park and just what I was looking for to spend time with family friends. Easy to get to from Skyharbor airport and close to shopping & restaurants. It was very clean and nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen seemed to be well appointed with dishes, utensils and pots & pans although I was not cooking during my stay it was nice to actually have things on hand for breakfast, some snacks and to reheat leftovers from a restaurant meal. For a vacation rental there is some high use wear in the flooring and one of the chairs, but it is a vacation rental. There is a pool that looked to be a nice size but I was too busy to use it. The owner is responded quickly when I needed to contact her. I did notice a couple of things that could be addressed, one by the condo association if there is one and that is some additional lighting in the parking area it’s really dark at night. The other is the porch light on the unit may need replacing because it doesn’t work and that was very dark as well. I would definitely stay here again because of the close proximity to family friends and the ease of getting around and being centrally located to everything. Thank you so much for the opportunity to stay here!
