Super cute 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (sleeps up to 4) casita with tons of natural light is the perfect getaway that you have been searching for! You can't find a better location in the west valley! Located on the Gold Course of the Wigwam Resort, you can't find a better spot. Lounging poolside, watching the golfers go by during the day, and enjoying the sunsets at night is perfect. Located in the desirable subdivision of Litchfield Park proper. The casita features a living room with a comfy sleeper sofa that opens to the kitchenette. The kitchen area features a microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and cooktop (no built-in oven). Other counter top appliances are all included. The bedroom features a queen sized bed, walk in closet and a gorgeous modern bathroom with a walk in shower. Although this home is attached the main home, you do have your own private entrance. Access to the backyard includes your own patio and BBQ area, access to the pool, large firepit and a basketball area. When in season, you are encouraged to pick your own fruit too! Access to grapefruit, oranges, and lemons...just outside your door. This is the perfect location for neighborhood walks. the Wigwam resort, Old Litchfield eateries and more are all close by. You'll love it here! Sorry but no loud parties or interior smoking.

This was a great place to stay. Very relaxing, clean, and there were walking paths everywhere. Loved watching the sunrise over the golf course, right out the back door.

My cousin and I were in town for a funeral. We flew in from the east coast and arrived quite early. Becky allowed us to check right in and the process was so simple. The property is immaculate and peaceful. They have a beautiful pool that over looks the golf course. It was perfect for relaxing. She has anything you might need and we just felt right at home. I HIGHLY recommend this property and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Becky!!!

Oasis in the Desert !!!!

This was one of my favorite VRBO rentals EVER. Loved everything about the modestly sized but well designed space, as well as the back yard with pool and firepit !! APerfect for a couples getaway, or even a couple with a child.

A adorable casita with all of the amenities. Love the coffee bar and outdoor seating. This neighborhood is quiet and the check in and out process was very easy.

Becky & Carlos were wonderful hosts!! The property was exactly as pictured and just beautiful! We loved having access to the pool and backyard area! Off street parking, wide open golf fairway environment (as opposed to closed-in walled yard) which we preferred, space heating worked fine, bed was fine, really good bathroom, good small space for two.

Cozy casita

Absolutely loved this home. Was the best appointed home I have ever stayed in. Was minutes from my meeting location. Litchfield Park is a drive from downtown Phoenix but just minutes from the Arizona Cardinals stadium where the Superbowl will be held this year. Would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely place

We loved this place. Becky and Carlos were so nice and they have created such a inviting place that is perfect for a couple get away. We had a bowl of grapefruits and lemons when we arrived. So cute cozy and clean. We loved the neighborhood and absolutely loved having our morning coffee out by the pool . We will definitely be back ! Thank you Both so much Dean & Johnna

Best Casita for Two

My husband and I had an amazing stay! The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. We had access to the entire yard, including pool, grill and fire pit. The casita was very clean, organized, fully equipped, and nicely decorated. Although the main house is connected, our space was private and we were free to come and go as we pleased, we had our own keys and entrance. We also had access to the driveway where we parked our car. The property overlooks the golf course which is very neat. The neighborhood is quite and beautiful, we went for walks often. We loved it here so much that we are already planning our next stay!
