Not bad

The place was pretty clean, but there were a few minor issues: a missing towel rack in one bathroom, a broken kitchen drawer, and no hot water—cold showers for us.

Just what we were looking for

3 of us were geocaching in the desert and needed a place on the westside of Phoenix for the night. This time of year the hotel prices go up so staying here was the best option and the best price.Each of us had a clean comfortable bedroom, hot shower and wifi. We were up and out by 7 the next morning for more geocaching in the desert.

Great Stay for Spring Training!

This place was a great stay for Dodgers spring training! The house was big and had plenty of room in it. When we arrived it was clean, easy to access and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was quick to Camelback Ranch and we would stay here again! The only thing we would suggest is a light over (or in) the dining area.

Not great

Beds were clean but the rest of the house was not. Kitchen was poorly equipped with barely enough equipment to be able to cook breakfast.

Nice location but..

Kitchen utensils are lacking. No baking sheets, etc. Place was decently clean but, not a lot of attention to detail. Many areas were in need of attention. Not 'luxury' but a nice home. Happy to have stayed there but, probably won't in the future

Great Location and quiet neighborhood.

The house was good. Supplies were limited. Spoons were tiny little baby spoons, only one normal size. We didn't do any cooking on this trip, so it was ok. There were a maintenance issue I am sure they will fix, the master toilet would 'refill' every 15 minutes, which was annoying at night.

Just an Overnight

We needed a house to stay at on the other side of Phoenix from where we live because of an event we were going to. This house worked fine. The issue was we were really busy preparing for the event and the house was one thing we didn’t want to have to worry about. The owner or manager wouldn’t send the code until about 2 hours before it was time to check in so we had to make sure we had access to email to keep checking when it would have been much easier to have all the information the day before and not have to keep checking when we were so busy.

Great stay

Good spot for MLB spring training. Floors were dirty but the rest was clean. The glade plug ins were a little intense. Overall this house fit the bill for a group of guys needing a jump off spot for activities. We would stay again.
