Welcome to our Beach House, your ultimate getaway destination! Nestled in East Hamptons sought-after community Clearwater Beach, this charming beach house offers a serene and comfortable retreat for your family vacation.
Walk or drive (we have a parking pass for you) to the family oriented bay beach club “Clearwater Beach”, situated between Gardiner's Bay and Hog Creek where the kids can swim in calm water with a lifeguard nearby or play on the playset. Bring your dinner and watch the incredible sunset and boats coming into the marina.
The beach house features a comfortable, stylish and modern design, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The interior is thoughtfully furnished, exuding a relaxed coastal vibe and is filled with an abundance of natural light.
Sink into the plush sofa in the living room and watch a movie on the smart TV or take a night swim in the heated pool. The fully equipped kitchen offers state-of-the-art appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals with ease. The adjacent dining area provides a dining table for your family overlooking the beautiful gunite heated pool.
The beach house offers 3 bedrooms, each designed for comfort and tranquility with soft white linens, luxuriously comfortable mattresses and each with wall mounted smart TV's. The primary features a luxurious king-size adjustable bed with a small adjacent bathroom and walk-in shower. The additional bedrooms are equally inviting, furnished with queen-size beds; one bedroom is en suite with a shower, the other next to a full bath with a tub.
Step outside onto the deck, where you'll find a dining table, chairs and Weber grill. Lounge in the sun by the sparkling heated pool on the comfortable lawn furniture complete with umbrellas.
For your convenience, the beach house is equipped with modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen smart TVs in each bedroom, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer in the basement. You'll also have access to a private driveway.
Our Beach House is ideally located near popular attractions, restaurants, renowned farm stands, lots of entertainment options and the most beautiful ocean beaches. Whether you want to indulge in water sports, explore nearby nature reserves, or simply unwind on the beach, this beach house offers the perfect base for your beachside adventures.

Varför värden valde detta boende
I love this neighborhood! I selected it because of the bay - my kids love taking out the stand up paddles, collecting oysters for dinner and coming up with new recipes to cook them. We also love that it's quiet here and away from traffic; there are farm stands and small stores if you need anything within a mile or two and when we want excitement, we can get into town in 11 minutes.

I love walking in the early evening to the bay. Sometimes we will drive dinner to the bay beach club and watch the sunset. Being so close to the water and having a gorgeous pool is what makes this property special. It has everything you need here also!
