Lovely stay in Noyac

We had a very nice stay at Stan's house. We spent the majority of our time relaxing in the beautiful backyard. The pool is amazing!

Great location, beautiful pool

It was great how close the house was to Sag Harbor and Bridgehampton towns and ocean beaches (short drives for all). Easy walk to the bay beach and a lovely farm stand. The pool was perfectly maintained and a true joy to be in.

Property Needs Attention

The location in Noyac was convenient, but there were several issues with the property that impacted our stay.The downstairs basement bedroom was damp and very prone to moisture—ventilation is needed, and it felt uncomfortable to sleep in. There was also a noticeable sewage odor coming from one of the bathrooms throughout our stay.The front door could not be properly locked, which was a safety concern and should be addressed immediately. In the kitchen, the stove burners were difficult to use, as the flame level couldn’t be adjusted, making cooking frustrating. Also worth noting: no beach chairs were provided, which would have been helpful given the location.With some maintenance and attention to these details, the property has potential—but as it stands, we wouldn’t book again without confirmation that these issues have been resolved.

Great time in Sag

Great time at this house. The backyard was amazing and the kids didn’t want to get out of the pool! A short walk to Long Beach and a quick drive to Main Street made for a very central and easy location. A great place and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Property was great and owner extremely accommodating

Great place for a Fall getaway! We had a great stay at the home and will be back. Proximity to town and beaches was convenient and home was perfect for my family. Home was appointed with all you need for a weekend or extended stay and very well maintained and decorated. Owners were available and accommodating. Overall a great stay!

Perfect two weeks!

The Seashell is a terrific property and Stan a great host, had the place ready for us and was responsive to anything we needed. We even had the good fortune to extend while we there. And the backyard...amazing. Would 100% rent again.

An anniversary to remember

The video was true to form. Our stay lived up to our expectations. Our host Alex was very attentive to our needs but not obtrusive. My entire family enjoyed all of the amenities especially the pool.

Fantastic House- literally minutes from Long Beach

My family and I stayed here for a week this summer. The house and its amenities are great. The basement suite and bathroom are modern and the house is clean and well stocked. Stan is a thoughtful, responsive and reliable host. The highlight of the house is its secluded backyard, patio, clean and gorgeous salt water pool. It’s also so close to sag harbor, as well as 1 minute from groceries, restaurants and liquor store. We have been renting in the hamptons for years and this house is amazing

Amazing stay!

Had an absolutely amazing stay at the seashell! The property was just as described – and even better! The house was appointed in a lovely way. Everything was well stocked and super clean. The location close to Sag Harbor in Long Beach could not be Beate. The real treat was the backyard and the lagoon like pool. Our children had an absolute wonderful time at the house and at the pool. Our host were super responsive and lovely to coordinate with. We will definitely be back again!

Excellent experience!

Our family stayed for two weeks in August and had an amazing time. The house is as pictured, clean and great for a family. The pool and backyard are perfect for spending entire days swimming, eating and entertaining. The location can’t be beat. Alex was very responsive.

Perfect Hamptons Vacation

Paradise in Sag Harbor

We loved our stay here. We were a group of 6 friends and there was ample space for us all. The photos in the listing were really accurate, promising a tastefully decorated home and it certainly was. The kitchen was well appointed as was the outdoor grill. Pool area was also very nice. Loved the proximity to town and beaches. This rental is a no brainer!! Bonnie Mamaroneck NY

Hampton vacation

Alex and Stan were amazing hosts and so responsive with our questions. The house is very clean and well kept and has everything you could ever need. The pool area is truly resort like and made for such a relaxing experience. The house is a short drive to town with amazing restaurants, shops and farmers market and also a quick walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay with our family and absolutely would book here again and plan to return in the future! Thank you Alex and Stan for a wonderful experience!

Wonderful family vacation home

We had an amazing week staying at The Seashell! It was our first time in Sag Harbor, the house is conveniently located for town and local beaches. The house is warm and inviting, a real home from home. It had everything we could have possibly needed and more! The pool area was fantastic, where we spent most of our time. Alex could not have been more helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. Sadly we are now home, but booking again for next year, we can’t wait!!

Wonderful

It was an awesome week for our family! The house is well maintained, clean, comfortable - everything we wanted. It has a great proximity to the North and the South Fork. It is easy to take advantage of both. Our hosts were great and responsive. We had a couple of questions and they were answered quickly. I highly recommend this lovely property.

Great easy visit to the south fork!

Great property for family stay! 2 bedrooms on top level, one each on main level and lower level. Back door security doors for kids pool access was a great bonus. Walkable beach access was huge! Long Beach is a bit pebbly closest to the house but kids loved it. About a half mile down there’s a great sandy beach for swimming. So nice to not have to navigate Hamptons private beach weirdness. Sag Harbor is the best town on the south fork for visitors!

Cannot recommend enough

We loved loved loved our stay at this house. The pictures don’t do it justice. The beds, couches, comforters, decor etc are so thoughtfully chosen and well appointed. The backyard is beautiful and the saltwater pool is big enough to swim laps in if you want. Alex is also extremely responsive and makes sure you have everything you need to make your stay wonderful. Every person raved about this house. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great beach house

We loved our stay at The Seashell house. Alex was a great host. He was very communicative, available, and helpful. The house is lovely, beautifully decorated, and the best part is the backyard with the pool. My family and I had a lot of fun in the pool. We saw several beautiful sunsets at the harbor beach, which is walking distance. There are great markets nearby and Sag Harbor town is just a 6 minute drive. Overall excellent experience!

Relaxing Stay in the Hamptons

Lovely house, decorated with a lot of tasteful details. Well equipped. Relaxed ambience. Outstanding pool that is actually larger than the pictures might suggest. A great surprise. Awesome Hamptons experience

We’ve never stayed in the Hamptons (from California). This place was amazing! Centrally located. Beach was right across the street. Downtown Sag Harbor was a 5 min drive and was the cutest town we saw in the Hamptons. The house was awesome for our family! New TVs/ appliances, Cumfy beds, etc. we’ll be likely staying here again on our next Hamptons trip! Love the property. Love the warm pool and lounging.

Perfect Hamptons vacation

We just came back from a wonderful week at this beautiful home and can't wait to come back again. Everything was perfect - the house is even prettier in person, spotless, and had everything our group of 6 needed. The pool, outdoor amenities, and landscaping are out of this world. The house is perfectly located to Long Beach (a 2 minute walk), both a grocery store and farmers market are right nearby ,2 miles to downtown Sag Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Sagg Main Beach (ocean beach). Alex, the property owner, couldn't have been nicer and wanted to make sure had everything we needed. A fabulous week from start to finish.

Nice getaway to the beach

The house had every modern amenity and was redone tastefully. Every inch of the backyard is usable from the well maintained pool and the beautifully landscaped plantings to the bbq/dining table area- great umbrellas, sound system, etc. There is no true master bathroom (the 2 upstairs bedrooms share one) but there’s a very nice new modern one in the Finished lower level and even the powder room has a shower. The house is on a main road so it can get busy and noisy with construction trucks and cars, but Still a great location just a walk across that road to the pretty bay beach. The bikes were perfect and we even rode them into Sag Harbor. Alex was extremely responsive and easy to deal with. We had a great week!
