Location is great! Center of the village is a 10-minute walk. There is a grocery store just across the street.Cleanliness issues were minor...a few dishes in the dishwasher that were quickly dealt with. But there were several "Klondike Bars" in the freezer to compensate!The host (Pete) is exceptional! He made everything easy for me when I arrived, and he communicates quickly if need be. I would definitely stay again. Many thanks!

Awesome Rental

Great location for being close to town and walking distance to everything. Host was awesome and checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Pool house was an added benefit and great space for relaxing. Thank you Pete for your hospitality!

Flawless Stay in the Heart of East Hampton

We had a really enjoyable stay at this East Hampton home. Peter was a great host. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was fantastic! It was a 10 minute walk into town, a short Uber to Main Beach, 10 minute walk to Round Swamp Farm, IGA is across the street. You step outside and feel like everything is right there. Thank you, Peter!

Cozy and well appointed house with pool!

Loved our week in this well appointed house located near everything in East Hampton. Heated pool was delightful! Excellent, immediate communication with host who also provided wonderful suggestions for dinner. Listing didn’t mention final 200 cleaning fee which (in my opinion) should just be added to the price when booking. This home was perfect for us and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, cozy East Hampton stay. We will definitely be back!

The house was old and small. It was way over priced for what it was. There was mold present inside and outside, tables, grill, chairs, etcThe house was totally misrepresented it was 50ft away from a grocery storeparking lot with trucks making delivery at 4-5am every morning, the noisewoke everyone up each day. We had to request the lawn be cut. The ownerwas a pest The water pressure was terrible and the owner could not care less.I would nor recommend the house to anyone and VRBO should not allow thishouse to be on there listing.Graham Miller

We are appreciative of the overwhelmingly positive reviews of our guests over the years and pride ourselves on being immediately responsive to their concerns. However, this renter was particularly rude and accusatory. There is no mold inside the house; the water pressure issue, as confirmed by our plumber, was due to countywide summer water rationing that affected all parts of East Hampton; the lawn is mowed weekly - at the most 8 days - without tenants asking; and, as referenced in our reviews, guests enjoy the convenience of our location and walking to shops, stores and restaurants in the village.

Summer getaways

The whole process of renting this house was easy & smooth. Peter was easy to talk to & always available to answer any questions. We felt very comfortable all throughout during our stay. We loved sitting backyard porch in the morning for breakfast & laying back by the pool in the afternoon. Great convenience to restaurants & shops near by just short walk away. Absolutely we would revisit in the future!

Wonderful East Hampton escape

The property far exceeded my expectations. Peter, the owner, made the process extremely easy and was available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. The house had everything you'd need to enjoy a long term stay, and was setup to feel like you were a guest in someone's home. Gorgeous backyard and pool, making those summer nights so wonderful. I will absolutely rent this property again.

Location

We enjoyed our week stay, the house was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and everything we needed was provided , the pool was a plus. We thoroughly enjoyed that the grocery store, bagel shop and a few really good restaurants were all within a two minute walk. I can’t say enough about the owner Peter, he was quick to respond anytime I had a question and he even checked in with me a few times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Peter in the future.
