Ocean views from every room in this quiet island home. Our home is graced with cooling trade winds and these lovely sea breezes help keep the rooms comfortable most of the year. We are close to Magens Bay Beach and a short drive to town.
Air conditioning is available in all guest areas, for when the weather is a little warmer.
We are in a private, gated neighborhood, so guests must have their own rental car.
All guests are required to provide ID and sign our rental agreement.

Destination Wedding

The property was good and the views were great. Clean rooms and comfy beds. The location is a bit remote and getting to it requires attention to instruction details. Car rental unfortunately is almost necessary. Disappointing car rental experience (don't rent from Budget) and property manager charging for early and/or late check in/out jaded my overall impressions. planning.

Great stay

The house and views were beautiful. The house was very clean and had all the necessities. We spent the majority of our time out exploring (the islands are so fun and there’s so much to do) the hosts were great, gave us plenty of privacy. My only suggestion is to keep valuables on you or to bring a small safe. Unfortunately we did have money go missing from the house, so I would just suggest to be cautious about that. Besides that we had an amazing time and no complaints!

Great vacation

Our trip to the USVI was one of our favorite family vacations.This house was a big part of that. Spacious and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen all that was needed.....except a wine bottle opener!Other than that, the place was superb. Definitely recommend.

Thanksgiving adventure

Week long stay out on Peterborg at this lovely home. Spent lots of time out on the deck with amazing views of Magens Bay and spectacular sunsets! We even saw a rainbow on Thanksgiving day! Great location to regroup as a family with our daughter who lives on island. Trips to both BVI’s and St John were enjoyed by all if us. Shall be back! Thanks for sharing the home with us.

Excellent stay on st thomas

Great property! Amazing views of magens bay ( we could spot turtles swimmin in the bay from the balcony). Magens bay beach is extremely close. There are also very good coffee shops and cafes nearby. The childrens gate was very handy because we had an 11 month old baby with us. We used the grill. I think the solar power saved us because the rest of the island had no power but we just kept humming along. Highly recommend this property..

What a place !!!

Such a nice trip. First, the views are incredible. All we wanted to do was hang on the patio (actually there are two !) and look at the beautiful view of Magens bay. Really that impressive..We’ve stayed at other places overlooking Magens bay on previous trips. All very nice but this was by far the best… As for the home itself, it was perfect. Everything looks new, clean, and nicely decorated. We were a party of five consisting of two kids and three adults. Each bedroom was perfect and we had plenty of space. Check in was a breeze, communication great, etc. We also felt a nice sense of privacy. Would come back in a heart beat…. Thank you so much !!

12/21/24 - 12/28/24 -The house is lovely and very well cared for, the views from the patio docks are breathtaking on to Magens Bay. We saw sea turtles between 7:45am to 8:30am and we loved watching the different yachts coming into the bay. We lived on the patio. In the yard, we watched the iguanas. At one time we saw 7 of them in the yard. We started to name them. Take your binoculars. On Christmas day, we grilled steaks and had the most wonderful meal. We zip line at Tree-Limin Extreme. Our guides, Francis, Ryan and KJ were wonderfully helpful to a 71 year old woman, Me, down the mountain. We went on a sunset sailboat cruise with Rosie and Captain Brad who own "Adventures of Saltwater Taffy", what a wonderful trip. The food, drinks, the boat and pictures were wonderful. We did have problems with the toaster that didn't work right, the refrigerator doors was off track and the alarm keep going off and the dryer doesn't dry. I called the management company and someone came exchanged the toaster for another one and worked on the refrigerator door, but the dryer still didn't dry. The bathrooms and beds are very comfortable. It took us a little time to figure out how to use the TV's, there was no instructions how to work them. Another problem, I had to call the management company 3 days before our trip to get the door codes and address. They didn't have us in their system, because we booked with Vrbo, not with Prestige. The girl found our reservations and sent me the codes.
