Great location

We loved the location of the house bonus it was in a quiet neighborhood. The house was nice and large and gave us plenty of room to not be on top of each other. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans along with plenty of small appliances to make cooking a breeze. The icing on the cake was the pooland patio area and the view was fantasticI would defiantly stay here again

Wonderful escape

Our positive experience began with the prompt and thorough communication with the owner Colleen. She answered all of my many questions and provided great advice and information. Then when we met Divine, it confirmed our great choice to stay there! She was so much fun and also helpful. The view was breathtaking and we took advantage of the beautiful pool as well. We were very comfortable at all times and would recommend this home to anyone.

Great house for the entire family. Spacious and clean. Wished the pool was warmer, was actually a little to cool for kids to swim in. Great communication with the Manager. Would definitely stay there again.

The view is absolutely magnificent!! The house is great. We had a wonderful time. Finding the house the first time was a challenge though. A few minor repairs needed but overall it was great.

Great hoise

House was perfect! The air conditioning in the bedrooms were life savers. The house remained hot throughout the day so the cool bedrooms were great! The hosts were wonderful and communicated very often.

Perfect graduation celebration trip for our twins

Our family and our best friends decided we wanted to splurge on a trip for their graduation. Colleen was so kind to answer all of our questions, and we had a ton since we do not travel much and had never been to the island. The house is amazing. The views are breathtaking. You will have everything you need to relax and enjoy your time away. This was a wonderful choice for a vacation destination spot.

Absolute stunner!

We had a fantastic stay. The views are absolutely spectacular. Lots of living space, worked great for our family (4 adults 4 teens). I’ve always wanted to spend Christmas someplace warm, and this was the year! We had a full moon, which was just incredible to see rising over the water. Toughest part of the trip was getting used to the driving! The hills are super steep
 but after a few days it got easier. Close to Magen’s Bay in one direction, Red Hook in the other. Loved our trip!

What a view! Great Time!

My family and I stayed at Paradise & Harmony property. We really enjoyed our trip. The house had an incredible view from the back porch and pool area of Ocean and surrounding islands! We took that view in every chance we had. Divine the property manager was super nice and responsive and helped us with bumps on our stay like electricity, washing machine and other items. Colleen was also great to email with and gave some great recommendations on spots on the island. We would definitely consider booking again!

Breathtaking Views !!

The house is in a beautiful, remote and romantic location. The house has a gorgeous view and the decor of the house is impressive. I would recomend this house to friends and family despite the minor dish washer malfunction and a potentially serious bed bug or dust mite issue. Divine, the house manager was fantastic! She was very attentive, friendly and informative.

The views from this property are breathtaking. Pictures can’t do it justice. No matter the time of day, the view is surreal. Excellent set up for all our cooking needs. Stove was broken, but that was not important to us. Also had some trash bins unemptied from previous guests and also some cups at the bar were filled with sticky juice and had to be cleaned.

Beautiful property!!

We had the best experience with this property, the owners and manager !! All of our needs and questions were taken care of immediately!! We barely spent any time inside because the views from the deck are breathtaking!! Listening to the ocean every evening and watching the night sky was just unbelievable!! I think we saw at least one giant rainbow every day we were there!! Getting to the house was definitely an adventure!! Not impossible... just lots of 2 or 3 point turns with our SUV’s lol we can not say thank you enough for making our trip so wonderful!!! Already shared this property with multiple friends who inquired after seeing our pics!! 5 stars all around!!

bad news

e had no water in the house when we arrived.we waste the first day waiting for the water delivery. we had no gas for the stove or oven the last two days of our stay.the property manager was no help at all.she was indifferent.

Perfect island home with stunning views and great vibes!

I will definitely be back to this home. I’ve been to all the islands in the Caribbean and around the world, to be surrounded on all three sides with unobstructed views of the water was absolutely breathtaking! The home was very comfortable and plenty of room with even some to spare for my son’s 30th birthday celebration with our friends and family. He even had his own apartment and deck when he got tired of all us “old” people as he calls us! The pool was perfectly designed to lounge and soak up the view and rays! The bar was pretty much fully stocked even though we stopped in the way and the blender worked great! The location was perfect for getting around the island but honestly we were having such a great time at the house we barley left for the entire stay! The owner and the property manager was attentive and always available when we had any questions! Without a doubt. There’s no other place on the island I would rather stay!

Stunning Views.....Perfect Family Vacation Home!!!

We loved the house, loved the view, loved the pool, loved Divine and loved the location! The house was perfect for our family. The pool was perfect for the grandkids, especially the 20 month old who could hang out in the shallow part of the pool. There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room. We were not on top of each other and all agreed that it was the best family vacation ever! Everyday was amazing waking up and looking out over the ocean! Our first property fell through do to the hurricanes and we all agreed that this was a blessing in disguise! Devine the property manager was quick to answer when we needed something. I would recommend renting a vehicle. We rented a van and suv, really glad we did! We will be back!!! (litttle hint: If you are requesting a porta crib, bring your own sheet as they do not supply for you)

We loved it!

The house was perfect for our needs, with 5 bedrooms. It was tastefully furnished, and we loved the decks and the pool. It was a great location in relation to some fun beaches. but be forewarned, the roads are scary. We used local taxi services listed in the guest book, and they were wonderful. We had reserved a rental van before our trip, but got stranded at the airport because they didn't have any cars at all (Budget), Hertz had a van we could have rented, but because we booked with Budget, they wouldn't rent it to us because we didn't reserve with them. Divine was amazing in helping the airport taxi get us to the house, and then personally drove some of us to a store to get food for the morning and picking up some pizzas for dinner for 7 very hangry (hungry and angry) people after our experience with the rental car. Divine checked in with us throughout our stay. We were able to get a van through a service listed in the guest book, and that worked out great! We ate out for only 2 dinners and fixed our own food for four dinners (not including the take-out pizza). The kitchen is fully equipped, and we were happy to cook there. We had very windy mornings and some rain that came in spurts, but overall the weather was perfect. Vickie was so responsive to all our correspondence and Divine was awesome! We hope we were as good guests, as they were hosts. Our two dinners out were at the Old Stone Farmhouse (5 stars) and Mims (5 stars). We recommend Red Hook, also, as we had lunches there at a couple places .

Overall a great time

Amazing views, pool was great and overall layout of house was excellent. The only reason it was not a 5 out 5 for us was the cleanliness of the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Emphasis on amaxing views. Simply stunning. The pictures of it on VRBO although beautiful do not do it justice.

Great Location, Great Villa & Great Customer Service

I was totally pleased with Paradise in Harmony! The rooms were nice, the living & dining rooms were more than adequate. The kitchen was a little small, but I was able to fix meals for 7 people. The refrigerator was big and the kitchen accessories were more than enough.The villa was super private - not over-looked at all, which added another dimension of comfort. My friends are very busy people and they were able to relax and enjoy each other. We did a Safari professional tour and when we arrived at a beautiful beach, they all decided that they wanted to go home and enjoy the privacy of the pool.I could go on and on, but I will end with saying that the owner, Colleen is super informational about what to expect and is extremely helpful like her property manager, Divine. I have been to 78 Countries and I mostly stay in Villas because of the privacy - Well, this place offers privacy in bucket loads!!!

This place is awesome! Great views and far enough away to have peace & quiet. Close enough to food and shopping. Would highly recommend this property and the owner was very accomodating

Great stay!

Had a great family trip (10 adults) at this property. The home is as described, we loved the large amount of space and great outdoor living space (lots of time in the pool!). The house does need some updating, windows, sliders poorly functioning, bathrooms are showing their age. No show stoppers,and we had a fabulous time! Divine (property manager) and Colleen (owner) were responsive and easy to work with.

This view is stunning!

We had a great time at this house! The owner, Colleen, was very thorough and pleasant to deal with. One person in our party was celebrating her 60th birthday and we were throwing a small surprise party at the house for her. Colleen was great with giving me recommendations for catering, etc. Then I met Divine, the property manager, and she was just as fantastic! We had plenty of space for our party of 12 adults, enjoyed the pool, the bluetooth speaker system and the AMAZING view! It was easy to get to Red Hook from the house too. The kitchen is pretty well stocked for cooking and entertaining, and the bar area worked out perfectly. Two people could be in the kitchen getting apps and snacks ready while another would be in the bar getting everybody cocktails. It was a perfect set up for us. It’s a great place for the cost, location, roominess and the VIEWS! I’d recommend this home to anyone.

We are a family that loves travel and new experiences. We live in Colorado and find time to enjoy the outdoors near and far. Whenever possible you can find one of us skiing, snowmobiling, dirt biking, camping, or jumping on a plane to find a warm beach somewhere. Finally, we found our Caribean getaway so we can enjoy more warm & sunny days ahead. We looking forward to sharing our home with friends, family, and guests.
