Amazing

We had an amazing time, everyone thanked me for finding this location. The views from the porch drinking your morning coffee or relaxing at the pool are stunning. Look forward to stay again. Peter is a wonderful host!

nice spot could use couple fixes

house was nice inside fit two couples nicely, plenty of kitchen stuff you would need cooler and couple chairs and some fins and mask to use. outside deck was little worn went through a deck board going downstairs. owner fixed very fast. great views close to hull beach a plus. Overall, not a bad rental with fee upgrades it could be great.

Incredible views, lovely amenities

This house was nothing short of amazing! Kids loved the pool, iguanas and parrots right off the deck, well stocked kitchen. We will be back!

Amazing vacation

The house was just perfect for us. Takes a bit to get to many places, but that’s kind of the point! Loved the Hull Bay Area. Loved the separate master quarters since our kiddos are older.

Perfect Retreat for the Week

We wanted to return to Hull Bay and this was the perfect house. Privacy yet close to everything including snorkeling and the bars on Hull Bay. Everything we needed was at the house , towells , kitchen utencils , the grill , a pool. Peter our host was awesome and his communication was great. If you can get by the stairs and the usual island drive and relize that youve rented a house on a cliff in paradise , this house wont disappoint.

2 couples really enjoyed the view and privacy

This is a great spot for visiting Saint Thomas. By jeep - 5 min from Hull beach. 13 min to Magens beach. 20 min to most of the island. Spectacular views and wildlife. Everything was nice and clean.

Amazing View

We had a great time on our trip to St. Thomas. The view was amazing and the pool was just what we needed when we didn’t feel like venturing down the mountain. Sibs and The Fish Bar are right around the corner for breakfast lunch or dinner. Peter went above and beyond to take care of any issues we had, even bringing us a sewing kit to repair a torn dress. Would stay again if we ever make it back to the islands.

Amazing property on St. Thomas

My husband, daughter, and I just got back from the most wonderful week staying at this property. The pictures don’t do it justice and it’s truly one of the best villas we’ve ever stayed at on our several visits to the island. It was more than perfect for us three, and would’ve easily accommodated another couple or small family. Chad was great communicating beforehand and Peter was so helpful on the island. Overall, just the most amazing place to stay and provided the best trip for us three.

Beautiful View with Everything You Need

We had a fabulous time at this well-appointed villa enjoying the deck, pool and outdoor shower. Peter and Nicole were both awesome and always willing to help with anything but we didn't have many requests. This home is perfect or friends traveling together because it offers an opportunity for people to have their own space if they need it. Unless you are not used to the island, it is actually pretty easy getting to and from this place in a rental car. Nothing is terribly far away I am hoping we get an opportunity to come back.

Nice Views of Hull Bay/Ocean

We have been to St Thomas several times...first time staying on this side of island. The house was nice and great views. It is a bit more hilly than other parts of the island. It was very convenient and comfortable for our group of four. Peter met us at the airport and showed us the way. The house is a bit dated and could use a few updates but we really liked it. When we first arrived there was an issue with the internet but Peter worked with the company and it was up and running the next day. Again, a little bit of TLC is needed (doors, one ceiling fan not working, etc.) but we would definitely stay again when we visit. We had a great time!

Absolutely Gorgeous! Perfect for your stay in St.

Eden View Villa was a great choice for our 2 week stay in USVI! The private property is located just above Hull Bay, which was an excellent place to snorkel, paddle, chat with locals at the Hideaway Bar and one of us even caught a little surf! The villa is set up beautifully with any ammenities you may need. Very comfy, clean and updated. The master bed/bath is set apart from the 2nd bed/bath and kitchen by an open/covered deck and breakfast nook that overlooks the pool and waterfront view. We loved this layout traveling with another couple because it still provided a nice privacy. Owners, Chad and Peter were extremely accommodating and available in answering any our questions and fulfilling our requests. From the moment we landed these guys went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible! I highly recommend!! Enjoy your stay!!

Perfect Family Vacation in Eden!!!

Our family of 4 (2 boys ages 8 &11) recently returned from our stay and it was truly the best vacation we have had. The villa is clean, well-maintained, well-stocked, comfortable and has breath-taking views!! It's located in a quiet, safe, residential area which provided the perfect location for a relaxing and fun family vacation!! The detached master suite is 3 steps across the deck from the main house and proved to be no issue with our children. The pool is perfect for adults and kids alike. The owners met us at the airport and escorted us to the house, spent time reviewing a map with us and had food/drink stocked so we wouldn't have to run to the grocery store the 1st day and were always quickly available with any needs or questions. The people of St Thomas couldn't be nicer and the beaches are incredible!!! We also took the car ferry to St John, USVI for 2 days and we highly recommend it to anyone!!! We rented a jeep, which proved highly advantageous due to the terrain, and quickly learned that driving on the left isn't as hard nor as intimidating as it seemed! We spent 8 days exploring all the beauty and fun St Thomas/St John has to offer. We cannot wait to return to the USVI and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful week in paradise!!!

Spectacular Christmas Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much and I would highly recommend this property. It had a unique set up with the separate master suite which worked out perfectly with two teenagers who could have their own space. I would say that the listing was a little confusing because we were under the impression that there were three bedrooms. There are only two and then a pull out couch, which we did use. The house was clean and and well stocked. We used the beach chairs and supplies in the laundry closet. We also were able to use the coolers for the beach. The service was outstanding and great responsiveness. Chad communicated initially and then Peter met us at the airport to greet us and take us to the house and answered any questions we had via text during our stay. Our only complaint, which is no fault of the owners, are the darn confused roosters that start crowing at 3 am! Other than that, it was a perfect visit and an amazing view from the property with easy access to everything. Nothing was more than 25 minutes away.

Trip of Lifetime

This property was so amazing we want to go back already. The first thing my husband and I said was "the pictures don't do it justice". The property is breathtakingly beautiful with all of the privacy that you could ever want. The views from all 3 decks (I'm including where you park in this) are something you would see on a postcard. The private pool is actually that. The villa has 2 separate living spaces which is perfect for couples traveling or anyone who may want or need their own area. The kitchen is fully equipped to make any meal you desire. One of my favorite things to do while at the villa was eating our meals at the table on the deck while overlooking the water. I was a little concerned when I saw the information about the cameras on site but it's nothing to fret about. It's just normal security cameras that are outside a home and being that you are up in the mountains you'd want that for your safety. We never got to meet Chad but we did communicate with him a ton beforehand. He was on point with getting everything lined up for our stay which we really appreciated. Once on the island, we dealt with Peter which is a very kind soul. He made sure that we were settled in nicely and the one time the power went out on the entire island (which only lasted 5 minutes or less...island things :-)) he picked up his phone right away and talked us through things. An added bonus was we got to meet his sweet son when he met us to take us to the villa and even saw cute pictures of his other baby boys. This is important to note as they are real people who were very kind. If you're anything like me you read reviews and look at properties and wonder if it's all real but I'm telling you it is. I just met them on our vacation and would book with them in a heartbeat. If you're in need of a vacation with privacy and serenity this is it.

A Perfect Vacation

This home is BEAUTIFUL. The home itself is on a mountainside overlooking the ocean/beach with tropical views of smaller islands in the background. Its a stunning view whether its raining, a sunny day or at night, it doesn't matter where you are standing or what room you are in the views are just gorgeous. There are insects & lizards along with birds, chickens etc. around you because you are in a secluded area in the middle of a tropical landscape. At night use the citronella candles and use the screens. You will need to rent a vehicle, I suggest a Jeep, SUV or truck. Peter, one of the owners came to pick us up from the airport, thank goodness. We would have never found the home having never been to St. Thomas before. Become familar with the roads, they are something we had never experienced before and at first it was eye opening, You drive on the left side. The first night Peter brought us some food to tie us over until we could go grocery shopping the next day. This was extremely nice. He also drove us to the local gas station that has everything. Seriously it had steak sauce. The first night we ate at a restaurant called Thirteen which is close to the home. Google maps doesn't work. Apple maps works better but not all of the time. Remembering landmarks & using an old school map is best. You have a private pool on this property and its wonderful. There is a bar inside the home to eat but we ate outside on the deck because it was too beautiful not too. They have BBQ grill and it worked great, we used it alot. The washer & dryer are in a closet outside on the deck. This home is stocked with everything you could ever need, beach towels, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, beach chairs etc. The master bedroom is a seperate building right across the deck. Its a gorgeous large bedroom with a very comfortable large bed, a tv, a cedar walk in closet with lots of shelving & a large bathroom with a shower. The main building is 5 steps across the deck from the master & has a large bedroom with a large bed, another full bath & a 1/2 bath. The living room has a large very comfortable pull out sofa & loveseat. Cathedral wood ceilings. Ceiling fans are in every room & AC. Everything is updated, clean & decorated beautifully, They have thought of every detail in this home. It was the best vacation we have ever been on, FORGET going on a cruise, this is the way to enjoy the island. Our 3 kids-7, 11 & 15 LOVED it! We are definately coming back & staying here again!

The place was clean and kitchen was up to date. Only bad thing I would say is there was no place to put your clothes away in master bedroom. But great place otherwise!!!!!

Villa bien divisée avec deux grandes chambres. Bien équipée et climatisée. Vue sur la mer époustouflante. Service exemplaire de la part du gestionnaire, rapide et efficace!À noter que se stationner peut être difficile pour certains conducteurs. Aussi, 37 marches entre le stationnement et la propriété. Un autre 26 marches pour aller à la piscine. Donc personnes avec des problèmes de mobilité, nous vous recommanderions de vous abstenir. Saint-Thomas offre une grande possibilité d’activité avec de nombreuses plages. Éviter les plages gratuites où on offre des chaises car les croisiéristes y viennent en très grand nombre.Certainement une destination à découvrir et une villa très agréable pour y séjourner.Montréal, Québec, Canada

Chad has lived in St. Croix during most of his childhood, only leaving to attend military boarding school. He returned to continue to enjoy all that St. Croix and the Caribbean have to offer. He loves to boat, fish, snorkel, scuba and sail. Due to his upbringing on the island of St. Croix, with its diverse history and culture, his travels have been a representation of this fact. Traveling as far as the Philippines, Thailand most of Europe and South America, Chad has emerged himself in each and every areas food, people, music and culture. During his life adventures he found a partner that not only enjoys the very passion to travel but has opened the doors to new life adventures. With the expansion of his family to include their son, they continue to travel creating wonderful memories. Of course their first family trip was to St. Croix for Christmas carnival, which was nothing short of amazing. When not attending to guests needs Chad is a Full time Firefighter/Paramedic for Palm beach County Fire Rescue. For Chad, life has so much to offer, he works hard and plays even harder because he feels it's not only good to take care of the community but it's great to seize the moment. He hopes to hear from you so he may assist you with your vacation travels.
