It is within driving distance from Santa Monica Pier Aquarium & Beach, LAX, Union Station, and Marina Beach Shopping Center. Conveniently located near coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and entertainment!

The cozy living area is flooded with natural lights and perfectly designed for relaxation. Our open-concept kitchen is beautifully designed with stainless appliances and has everything you need for those nights you want to stay and cook.

Our bedrooms are filled with lots of lights and equipped with comfortable bedding. The master bedroom upstairs features a queen-sized bed and a TV. The downstairs bedroom has a twin-sized bed that can be extended into a double twin. The 3rd bedroom has a single-sized bed which is perfect for a child or teenager.

The private yard is large and has outdoor furniture that is a great place to gather around. There are also a lot of amenities that you can enjoy. There are BBQ, 3 Bikes with bike locks; golf clubs, football, volleyball, soccer ball, badminton, and ping pong table, 1 surfboard; 1 stand-up paddle board, 1 boogie board, 1 skim board, and 2 beach umbrellas available.

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 200 Mbps, and 2 parking spaces inside the front yard gate and exterior alley spot are all provided during your stay!

There are 2 TVs that are 45” with Apple, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Netflix, and Prime.

*For additional parking, street parking is usually available during the week. Mind the street cleaning on S. Venice every Tuesday from 7:30-9:30 am. On Pacific Avenue there is Monday and Tuesday Street cleaning from 7:30-9:30 am depending on which direction. Please make sure to follow the street parking rules.

*There is a bike that guests can use by permission located in the shed in the front yard.
