Enjoy our fantastic light-filled modern home nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the hills of Studio City with overlooking hillsides, canyon, and city lights!
This home is close to famous entertainment including the Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk, Hollywood Walk of Fame, LA Zoo, and Hollywood Bowl. Enjoy a hike in Griffith Park or Runyon Canyon Park. West Hollywood, Sunset Blvd, and Beverly Hills are nearby. Conveniently located to lots of restaurants, shops, and cafes.
Welcome to our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home which is perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even business professionals!
The bright living area is perfectly designed for relaxation while watching movies on the TV.
In addition to lots of restaurants nearby, there is an eat-in fully equipped kitchen that has stainless appliances and perfect place for someone who loves to cook and entertain. The formal dining area is adjacent to the kitchen.
The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a dedicated workspace and a sofa bed that can be converted into a bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space.
Soak in the view while having a delicious BBQ in the backyard or take a dip in the sparkling pool and small jacuzzi. There is also outdoor furniture and a gazebo where you can relax and gather around.
An ensuite washer and dryer and 1 driveway parking space are all provided during your stay!

*There are no security cameras inside and outside the house.
Note: We have No fence around the pool so it’s imperative you supervise children the entire time.
*The amenities operation hours is 6am-10pm only.
*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Note: A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
*The backyard, pool, pool house, bbq, are all private use for the main house only.
*ADU has long term tenant and no shared spaces in the main house.
