Getting around Belmont Cragin is convenient, with multiple public transportation options available. We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, so we kindly ask you to take note of the following:

1. Please be mindful of other tenants by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during designated quiet hours.
2. For certain bookings, we may kindly request additional screening, government ID, and a security deposit.
3. Should any concerns arise during your stay, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to address them promptly.
4. To ensure your comfort, we install air conditioning units during the summer to keep the space cool and enjoyable. As temperatures drop in the cooler months, we remove the units to maintain energy efficiency.
5. Hot Water System: The property uses a boiler system that heats water on demand. Hot water may take a moment to reach full temperature during high usage or colder weather. For safety, the boiler may reset temporarily if irregularities occur.
6. Heating System: The heating operates automatically, activating below 68°F and cycling off when the set temperature is reached. Radiators lack individual controls, so heat output can't be adjusted manually. As outdoor temperatures drop, the boiler runs more frequently to maintain indoor comfort.
