We want you to feel completely at home during your stay, so we kindly ask that you keep the following in mind:

1. Please be considerate of other tenants and maintain low noise levels, particularly during quiet hours.
2. For some bookings, we may need to conduct additional screening, request a government ID, and collect a security deposit.
3. If you experience any issues during your stay, please inform us immediately so we can resolve them.
4. To ensure your comfort, we install air conditioning units during the summer to keep the space cool and enjoyable. As temperatures drop in the cooler months, we remove the units to maintain energy efficiency.
5. Hot Water System: The property uses a boiler system that heats water on demand. Hot water may take a moment to reach full temperature during high usage or colder weather. For safety, the boiler may reset temporarily if irregularities occur.
6. Heating System: The heating operates automatically, activating below 68°F and cycling off when the set temperature is reached. Radiators lack individual controls, so heat output can't be adjusted manually. As outdoor temperatures drop, the boiler runs more frequently to maintain indoor comfort.
