It is quirky, fun and a great place to stay!
Famous for the Surfing and swimming beaches, great Restaurants, Bars and the outstanding Wednesday Street Faire.
Our Neighborhood is wonderful and we want to thank you for being considerate of all the Neighbor's rights to also enjoy their homes and property.

We have 2 Vacation Rental houses located on this same lot.
They are both Detached, Separate and private from each other.

The Front House has VRBO# 3439825 Listing number and sleeps a Max. of 12 persons with 2 Parking Spaces in long Driveway before you get to this rear space;
These houses are rented separately - so the Front House with their Front Yard is private to those Renters as is your rental of the Rear House with rear Barbecue area and ample parking.

This View Retreat sleeps a Max of 8 plus crib~
To enter, you'll walk up a flight of Stairs to the Entry Level & View Patio with Table/Chairs for eight to enjoy al fresco dining!
Continue inside where a fully equipped Kitchen with Island that seats five offers opportunity for Morning Coffee/Tea or a full gourmet meal; Inside View Dining Area that seats four; View Living Room w/large Smart TV; Hallway with full size Washer/Dryer Closet; Full Hall Bath with Tub/Shower; Hall Bedroom with Queen Bed and wall length Desk area for work; Master Bedroom Suite with Cal King bed, Desk for working, large Smart TV, Walk-In Closet & Full Bath w/large Shower.

Walk up the second flight of Stairs to the Large, Open area with Views in every direction! This spacious living area has a new King bed w/side tables and tall Dresser (no closet upstairs); a new Queen Sofa Sleeper with storage/tray Ottoman; a large Smart TV, a Full Shower Bath w/door for privacy; a "mini" Kitchen with Microwave, Wine Refrigerator and small regular Refrigerator, Counter with 3 stools; a relaxing View Balcony is off this area with 2 lounge chairs for your sunning pleasure; another View Balcony offers seating at the other end for unforgettable Sunsets! Be sure to bring your Camera! All linen and towels are provided.

We also provide a Wagon, Beach Umbrella, Beach Chairs, Boogie Boards and Beach Towels for your use and enjoyment.
As with most Coastal homes, there is No Air Conditioning.
Since you are "up in the clouds", Ceiling fans and open Windows will provide cool AIR and Ocean breezes.
No Cable TV. High Speed Internet is provided and three large Smart TV's allow you to stream your own services.

The 2 garages are not available for use. There is a single car covered space and an oversized rear driveway area that allows for at least 3 more vehicles.
You enter and leave through a long, Security Gate that separates this area from the Front area. In the rear of this back space is an open area with outside table/chairs & barbecue.

We have a "Ring" Doorbell system for Security. With exception of asking you to "ring the doorbell" upon arriving and departing, we do not monitor your stay. This system is for protection of the property when Vacant.

OB is under the San Diego International Airport flight path. You can hear planes taking off between 6:30 AM to 11 PM.
To keep the noise down, keep all the doors & windows shut.
The house is very well insulated. For very sensitive sleepers, we've provided a box of earplugs in the Master Bedroom Walk-In Closet if needed.

Due to the several Staircases, this House is not recommend for persons with Mobility issues.
We love our fur babies, but at this time, no pets are allowed.
No Smoking inside the house and/or on outside Balconies is allowed.

This Vacation Retreat is only a 20 min. from the San Diego International Airport and/or City of San Diego & Convention Center;
10 min. from Sea World;
30 min. from the World Famous San Diego Zoo;
45 min. to Legoland to North OR Sesame Street Waterpark to the South; 1 HR to Casinos & Wineries or Mexico;
2 1/2 HR to Knott's Berry Farm and Disneyland!
