Top floor Single level 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, South Mission Beach location on the Ocean side of Mission Blvd. South of Belmont Park that has abundance of vacation amenities including; roller coaster, Fit Athletic private gym and Plunge indoor swimming pool and recreational facility (day pass available-extra charge), many surf shops, beach rentals, shoppes, extra parking (subject to availability), one large parking space that can fit up to a standard (not XL model) Yukon/Tahoe, in-unit laundry (full size washer/dryer), free WiFi and Spectrum cable, brand new air conditioning unit, very nice outdoor balcony with dining table with 6 chairs, and great peek ocean view, Weber gas bbq grill, sleeps 8 people based on four in the master (2 queen beds), 4 guest in the bedroom (using 2 on the king bed, 2 bunk bed).

This was an amazing rental. It was extremely clean and well appointed. The beach was just steps away and the owners provided chairs and towels to make beach days the best days. I would stay here again!!! The manager was a breeze to communicate.

Enjoyed my morning coffee sitting on beach.

Just got back from a five night stay and the property was perfect for us! The house was clean, well stocked and the location couldn’t be better. Easy and quick access to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

The Best

We’ve been vacationing in San Diego for 25 years and have stayed at this condo the past 3 years. This is by far, the best. The owner is great to work with and responds immediately. The condo is clean and beautiful and close to the beach. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect for our girls weekend

We loved staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Check in and check out were easy. The location was great, about a three minute walk to the beach. It was a close drive to downtown San Diego and north to La Jolla. We would stay here again!

Location was prime - steps to the beach. Communication was great. The refrigerator stopped working at the first day and the owner/property manager was attentive and responsive. We lost all our food. They offered to call someone to fix it immediately but given it was a weekend, no one could go out immediately and nor did I want to wait for someone to arrive during my holiday. The owner compensated 100 which I believe was too little but his responsiveness and tone did make up for the major inconvenience. One thing of note - the air conditioning blew heavily into the secondary bedroom while the master bedroom received little ac. Therefore the guests in one room were cold while the guests in the other room were toasty. And the fan in the master suite didn’t work.

Close to sand and waves. Plenty of beds. Walking distance to Belmont park. Comfy couch to watch tv. Neighborhood is nice.

Great Stay for Family

We loved the location! It was so close to the beach and a very short walk to great coffee and food. It was awesome to have plenty of towels, sheets, laundry, soap and even shampoo & conditioner. Having access to beach toys, chairs, beach towels, etc. really helped with guests like us who are flying and don't want to pay for checked bags. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The parking spot was definitely small, so we made sure to rent a smaller car. The people on either side of the space often parked on the line making it really difficult to park, so that was frustrating, but not the host's fault. We'd stay here again!

Proximity amd Cleanliness!

My family of four enjoyed a fun stay at this Mission Beach condo. Initially a less than 5 minute walk to a beautiful stretch of pristine beach. We also spent an afternoon at Belmont Park “next door”. And the reminder of our trip we drove the just 20 minutes into downtown SD. The condo was one of the cleanest we have stayed in, which goes a looong way. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Condo is perfect and owner is awesome!

This is the second year we’ve rented. The condo is in the perfect location to the beach and also Belmont Park. It’s beautiful and clean and the owner is awesome to work with. Definitely recommend this condo. We will be renting again.

Beautiful home. Very clean and spacious.

We had a wonderful stay. So close to the beach and Belmont Park, umbrellas, chairs, beach towels and toys for the kids, which was perfect! Other than the downstairs tenant making comments to us which sometimes felt uncomfortable. It was a good stay.

Perfect location to walk

Had the best time. Wish could have stayed longer. Host was Very attentive to any question I had. Everything you could need for a beach day is available! Walking distance to EVERYTHING! So much to do in the Area, Belmont park, beach, restaurants, bars, and bay.

Had Everything!

The location of this property was perfect for us (5 adults 55+). It is 1 block from beach (beautiful during day) & 3 blocks from Belmont Park (far enough to avoid noise & craziness). The condo has everything you will need for a day at the beach: chairs, small roller cooler, towels etc. Inside is very well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.
