Very comfortable stay!

Very nice, clean home. Eight women came down for a womens conference and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house was perfect. Communication with the host was great.

Lovely stay in Kentucky

The house was great for the 10 of us. Enjoyed having open space behind us and views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a great saty in Kentucky.

Loved staying here!

Beautiful, clean home with easy access to the Ark Encounter. Plenty of sleeping, kitchen, living room & bathroom space for 10 of us! Loved staying here!

Nice place for a quick stop

our family of 7 and brother's family of 7 stayed one night. Great price. simple. but just what we needed for all 14 of us. Angie was very accommodating! I would recommend this place.

Great place in a great area!

We had a great time. Well decorated house with plenty of space and restrooms. The host was easy to communicate with and made the weekend that much better.

Great get away with cousins

8 adult women had a wonderful stay. The space was perfect for everyone to comfortably gather and enjoy each other’s company. There was plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy meals together and the 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready for the day. Very close to the Ark Encounter; and an easy trip to Lexington to tour a horse farm and Louisville to visit the Louisville Slugger factory/museum.

Ark Encounter- mini getaway

The house was comfortable and met our needs. We choose to stay here due to the ability to house 4 couples and the closeness to the Ark Encounter. The neighborhood is older and doesn’t give a good feel as you are going through it but honestly we felt safe and comfortable in the house. Had the opportunity to meet the owner who was kind and helpful. I would recommend.

Comfortable and Inviting

The property is close to restaurants and the Ark Encounter. It has plenty of space with a large kitchen for gathering. The beds are very comfortable. The host has thought of everything from providing shampoo to K-cups! If in Williamstown again, we would love to stay! An extremely conscientious host!

Great place to stay!

The house was clean and comfortable, a wonderful place for our family to stay while we attended a conference at the Ark Encounter. Only a few minutes to drive to the Ark! Loved having 3 bathrooms, and enough seating by tables for everyone. I would recommend!

Home away from home

The house was lovely with lots of space. The three bathrooms were a nice bonus with 8 of us getting ready in the morning! The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed the large table where we could all sit down together. The livingroom was also large with lots of seating. Perfect for our stay! Communication with the owner was fantastic. I highly recommend it!

Spacious rental

Great place to stay! Prompt communication with host, clean and nicely decorated. My only two suggestions are to add deadbolts to the exterior doors and a good mattress in the first bedroom. We looked to see if mattress could be flipped for better comfort and discovered there were 3 mattress toppers put together inside a zippered mattress cover instead of an actual mattress. All the other beds were fine.

Big family ark trip

We had 12 people for this vacation. 4 adults, 2 teens, and 6 kids. We all had comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of space to spread out. Having 3 bathrooms was great! We also definitely took advantage of the laundry facilities. We spent 3 nights and would have enjoyed staying longer. The kids appreciated tvs in every bedroom and the arcade game in the bunk room. The home was clean and cozy. Highly recommend.

Needs minor repairs. Would have liked dead bolts on both doors . Other than that it was extremely clean, host was very prompt and very nice replying to my messages. Very good and prompt taking care of things !!!! Would definitely use this host and property again !!! Thank you very much for taking such good care of us !!!
