Great place to stay near the Ark. This place was very clean and was able to easily accommodate our family of 8. Our young kids and older children all had fun with the air hockey table and pac man game. The beds are incredibly comfortable too which makes for a great way to end the day! We highly recommend to stay here when you visit Williamstown.

We stayed two nights while visiting the Ark. The house was very convenient and well cared for. It was clean and comfortable, well stocked and taken care of. I would recommend it for families visiting the Ark.

We stayed here for our trip to the Ark Encounter. I have no complaints. Everything was clean and in working order, there were plenty of dishes, and there was a lot of space for our family of 7 to spread out. Great stay! Will be the first place we look for the next time we're in the area.

In a world where VRBO’s are dying bc of declining quality, this stay was such a refreshing retreat! It’s a modest home, but there are so many special touches that most hosts skip any more and they seriously made this stay SO enjoyable!The beds are actually comfortable, the bedding is new and soft. The home was stocked with snacks and coffee. The coffee mugs are nice and big. All of the TV’s are smart TV’s. The pots and pans aren’t trashed. The kitchen is well stocked. Showers are ready with soap/shampoo/consitioner. There’s plenty of towels. Bedrooms all have black out curtains. No extra cleaning/chores for guests to do. I could go on. I know that list above may seem like “basics,” but I truly just find that they are not in most rentals anymore. Because of the care this host puts into the details our stay was truly enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and I hope other hosts are taking notes!

Wonderful accommodations and communication! The host mas very prompt and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was comfortable, spacious and had everything that was required for our stay! We especially enjoyed the arcade setup and wanted to stay a couple more nights.Will stay again if we are back in the area.

I will start with the positive, because there were good things about this rental. The proximity to the ARK was perfect! The living space was great…good bedding, lots of linens, fun gameroom, etc. Without going into every negative, this rental needs some TLC. I did contact the owner, and requested a refund for the second night, (which I did not get) because we had to leave early due of an ant infestation. There were several little things, not deal breakers, but they all added up to dissatisfaction. We have stayed in 5 star rentals, and this was NOT one of them.

Thank you for the kind words about the home and the location — I'm glad those worked well for your family. For context on the ants: the home was clean and pest-free at check-in, and this came up near the end of the stay, after spending a comfortable night — not on arrival. You let me know the evening you were leaving, I replied 12 minutes later and offered to come treat it right then, but you'd already decided to head home for the night. My cleaner was in the unit the next morning and saw nothing, and I've since added traps in that bathroom as a precaution. I act on every concern the moment I hear it, so for anyone booking: I'm one message away while you're here and quick to make things right — I'd just have welcomed the chance to do that here.

Super well stocked and super close by the ark. Inside was incredible for our extended family! Patio needs some tlc but overall amazing spot
