Great location!

I'd happily book here again. We were at a conference at the ark, and the short drive was a real perk!! The home is beautifully appointed and we lacked for nothing.

Great updated house

This house was perfect for our stay while we went to the Ark and Creation Museum. It is a beautifully updated older home. They have done a great job making sure it is so clean and all the decor and furnishings are updated yet it keeps that older home charm. It is very close to downtown and we shopped at a few of the shops and ate at a couple restaurants. The outdoor grill was a nice feature and we used it. Would definitely recommend this home.

Clean, Comfortable, Cozy, Classy, & Close to the Ark

Clean is the most important thing, and it was. Next is comfort, and this place was very comfortable (one bed upstairs was not). The cozy touches were very tasteful and the entire place showed some class. Closeness to the Ark was great for us.

Wonderful Accomodations!!

We came to visit the Ark and the creation Museum. Perfect location, friendly town!! Home was beautiful and well stocked for a weeks stay!! We have suggested this home to family for their upcoming trip! We would stay again!!

Perfect!

Gray’s Landing is absolutely charming! Our family loved the stay and will definitely be back. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Being only 1.8 miles from the Ark Encounter made a long day at the park with 3 tired grandchildren perfect to come home too. ❤️

Better than expected!!!!!

Great location for Noah’s Ark and short drive to the Creation Museum. The home is so pretty and decorated so nice. The perfect place for my family of 6 to stay.

Charming

Fabulously renovated home, beautifully decorated, super clean, well stocked & maintained. It’s nestled in a quiet neighborhood & easy to find. Conveniently close to the Ark. Elisa, our host, was very charming. No need to be hesitant to book this home…you will LOVE it!

Magnificent House!

We were very pleased with Gray's Landing. The house was in impeccable condition and had everything that we needed and more! It was close to all the attractions that brought us to Williamstown and we wished we could have stayed longer! Great job guys!

Comfortable & Clean!

We had a wonderful stay at Gray's Landing! The home was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. The check-in/out process was simple. The location is very close to the Ark Encounter and an easy drive to the Creation Museum. The floor plan of the home worked very well for us, as we were traveling with kids and grandparents. Everyone had their own space. We will recommend this place to friends.

Family Ark visit

Brief Ark getaway

retired AF friends reuniting and taking a couple of days to see the Ark and the Creation Museum. The house was probably the nicest and most well appointed VRBO we have ever stayed in. Simple but tasteful, not overdone, but what was done was done very well. Quality towels. Comfortable beds. Private entrance. Well equipped kitchen. We appreciated all of it.

I have owned this property since 2009 for long term rental. In 2019, I decided to renovate this home for short term rental and became available for rental in November 2019. I have lived in the area my entire life with strong ties to the community. I am excited to see so many visitors come through Williamstown where you will find quaint shops, a couple restaurants, an ice cream shop, night lights (seriously, walk or drive through town after dark), and more to come soon. I want you to feel a very warm welcome to this newly renovated home and hope you enjoy your stay!

Conveniently located halfway between Cincinnati and Lexington (45 miles), this is a perfect location for a quiet, cozy stay while you visit The Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, Cincinnati, Lexington, or anywhere in between. The home is about 1700 sq ft that includes a Living / Dining Room, Kitchen, Sitting Room, Master BR (queen) & full bath on the main floor. On the 2nd floor there is a queen bedroom and a twin trundle (2 twin beds) along with 1 full bath. The sofa bed is in the sitting room on the main floor, so you can easily sleep 8. Coffee pot, coffee, creamer, sugar are provided along with the normal kitchen essentials for your everyday cooking needs. Please note, there is a step down from the main floor into the kitchen and master bedroom.
