Blocks with in Downtown Ocean City, 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Bike or walk to plenty of restaurants, bars and amusements rides. This is a great bayside property off of the marina that hosts the World Famous White Marlin Tournament and The Oceans Calling Festival.

The place was great. Great location. Clean, well stocked kitchen and plenty of room for everyone. Would reserve again.

4 relaxte dagen aan het strand

Appartement was ruim en schoon, prima voor 6 personen. De ligging is helemaal goed. Rustig en in een paar minuten ben je op het mooie strand. Heerlijk gezwommen. Je kan spullen van vorige huurders gebruiken, zoals specerijen en koffie, zodat je dat niet allemaal zelf hoeft te kopen als je hier met een vliegreis bent gekomen. Minpuntje is dat er geen lakens zijn. Wordt in de advertentie vermeld maar is onhandig. Wij hadden geluk dat eerdere bezoekers al lakens hadden gekocht en wij die konden wassen en gebruiken.

just right

Upon check in, which was very easy, we got quickly unpacked and comfortable. The cleanliness was just okay. Trash that wasn’t ours, shoes and socks under beds, floor could have been vacuumed and mopped better. Check out was super easy. Overall would give it a 3.5/4 out of 5. We would stay again!

Never again! Unsafe conditions!

The property has a great location. Upon arriving to the property there was still food from the last people that stayed in the refrigerator. The floors in the bathrooms weren’t clean. On our first day we came back to all our food defrosted in the refrigerator so contacted the property manager she came and offered to go get ice to put all the food in coolers and to buy a mini fridge. While she was gone we realized power wasn’t working in the living room so it was an electrical issue. This was on a Friday. She brought an extension cord and plugged it in behind the sink right behind the faucet. When we realized where it was plugged in we then messaged her that we didn’t feel safe with the kids being there and where the plug was placed and the electrical issues she said the plug was necessary and assured us an electrician would be coming the next day and that she would talk to the property owner for some type of reimbursement for the inconvenience. The next day we didn’t hear from her so we texted and asked about the electrician. We were told they could not get one because it was the weekend. We contacted several electricians in the area and were told they were available it would just be an extra fee. So I’m guessing they just didn’t want to pay the extra fee. During our stay the lights flickered in the whole condo and power would come back on in the living room then go back off. Not Safe! We reached out again and were ignored! Then denied any reimbursement!

Perfect location

Place was clean and ready for guests. Was perfect for a 4 day stay. Parkimg was easy with a assigned spot. The only downfall was no elevator but that shouldn't deter anyone from staying here. Its a super short walk to the boardwalk.
