Super easy walking distance to popular foodie faves too. Park your car and not have to get in it again. Bus stop nearby, easy walk. Bus runs 24/7 every 5-10 minutes, cost is just $3, must be cash and you can get on and off as many times as you would like to just keep the little ticket the driver can give you when you depart. Such as deal!

Great location. Easy beach access, not as crowded as other areas of the beach. Reserved parking for two cars a great plus. Plenty of room for 5 adults and two children. Marcy offered a lot of information about the area which was great. Plenty within walking distance.

Our family had an absolutely amazing stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. We especially loved how convenient the location was—just a short walk from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted.The home was a perfect place for us to unwind, spend quality time together, and create memories that we'll cherish for years to come.Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay. The property is very roomy and well kept, very clean. Close to the beach. Parking is great, communication with the host was also great. We will be back next July!

Beautiful property 10/10. Marcy was an amazing host, answered text/phone calls immediately. I cannot recommend enough, the best family vacation we have ever been on. The rental was immaculate, the beach is roughly 250 yards from the front door, it’s a beautifully groomed beach. We cannot wait to return, we had such a wonderful time.

Our property is consistently rated 5 stars for it's ocean block location, HUGE living spaces, all new everything, long front porch and back deck too, private FREE parking lot, backyard and grill all within just steps to choice restaurants and things to do.
To say our property is lovely is appreciated, to say it is in a great location is also appreciated but then why just 5 stars from you?

This condo was exactly as described—beautiful and in a perfect location just a half a block from the beach. Marcy was quick to respond to all communications and took care of a small issue immediately. We would definitely stay again!

Great property close to the beach!
We enjoyed our stay! Property was clean & close to the beach. There was ample parking. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Communication with Marcy was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place
Everything was smooth from the time we booked it until we left. Communication with Marcy was fantastic! So close to the beach, places to eat and shop. Definitely recommend!

Great location
This property was very close to the beach. Easy walk back to the house yo use the bathroom or get food. This beach house was the perfect place for our girls trip getaway. The first thing we noticed was how spotless and spacious it was—plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. We also loved the convenient amenities. The free parking was a lifesaver, and the bus stop right nearby made it so easy to get to the boardwalk without worrying about traffic or parking fees. For just 4 a day, we had unlimited rides. It was a fantastic value and a truly enjoyable stay. Marcy was a wonderful host.

Great location, spacious and comfortable
We stayed in this condo for Labor Day weekend, and it was wonderful. The check in process was easy and Marcy was very helpful. There was plenty of space for our family of 3 adults and two teenagers and recent upgrades were noticeable. You can see the ocean and the bay from the front deck and we got some awesome photos of the full moon on the water. Overall it was an excellent stay.

Top Tier Vacation Home
I cannot say enough about this home in the same block as the beach. Ms. Marcy takes pride in her property. I traveled with my family, this is our second year staying at this property. When we come to Ocean City we don't want to stay anywhere else. We are already making plans for next year!

Just a few steps from the beach
Our family had a wonderful time at the beach. This home is spacious enough to accommodate a family. Its open space design allows for room to have multiple conversations and activities without bothering other's. The front porch is a great place to sit and relax. The bedrooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Overall great experience.

Ocean Blue rental
Very nice and clean. Nicely updated. Great private backyard. Very nice front and back porch to enjoy sitting and relaxing. The Owner, Marcy, was very nice and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this rental and would like to stay here again when we visit ocean city again. Thanks for a great vacation spot.

Property is very nice - walk to the beach
The 2 unit home is very nice - 3 big bedrooms in each. I was making a cake, cupcakes and cookies for a wedding on the weekend and the oven worked great! Full size kitchen with all of the amenities. Plenty of free parking, which is great! The unit was not clean when we arrived, but the property manager was very gracious about it - also had non working TV's, but that was taken care of the same day we reported it. Very good experience with the place and the manager!

We stayed with our kids and grandkids totally 6 including us. We found the property to be immaculate and easy to access. Our host was more than accommodating and responded quickly. The kitchen was very well stocked and made meal preparations easy. I think the best part is the front porch with four Adirondack chairs. Grreat people watching. The beach is less than a full block away making access a snap. The outdoor heated shower made it easy for us to keep the condo sand free. There's also a hose to wash off your beach shoes. We had a wonderful time.
