The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area provide the convenience of preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals during your stay. The outdoor patio, situated right on the canal, offers a serene and picturesque setting to unwind with your favorite drink, providing a delightful view and a peaceful atmosphere.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed with both a full bed and a twin bed, accommodating various sleeping preferences for your group. With two bathrooms, morning routines and evening wind-downs are made easy.

We above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and stress-free. A free assigned parking spot is provided, allowing you to explore the town without the hassle of searching for parking. In-unit laundry facilities mean you can pack light and always have fresh clothes. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi, and enjoy the convenience of provided linens.

To start your stay off right, a starter set of essential amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and shampoo are included. PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the trash bin in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
