Experience the most classic of Hill Country summers at this comfortable home located west of Ingram, wonderfully situated near the banks of the Guadalupe River. Spend your days wine tasting nearby and barbecuing and roasting marshmallows at home on the expansive grounds.

This single-story home sits just north of the river in Ingram. It's an ideal location less than a mile from the heart of town, where you can swim at the Ingram Dam, visit Stonehenge II, or take in a performance at the Hill Country Arts Foundation. This part of Texas is also fantastic for wine tasting, with many renowned wineries between here and Fredericksburg (33 miles northeast). San Antonio is 76 miles away and includes attractions the whole group will love, such as SeaWorld, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, the Alamo, and the famous Riverwalk.

Each morning begins outside in the yard, a space that's shared with one other house on the property. Take a quiet stroll among live oaks with a mug of coffee in hand, watch your kids delight in the treehouse on the grounds, and linger each evening as you prepare dinner on the gas grill and dessert around the firepit.

The home's interior is bright and comfortable, with much of the living area in one open space. While there's no traditional kitchen, dishwasher, or stove, there are a number of kitchenette conveniences, including a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker. Enjoy a comfortable sitting area with a TV and ample seating, as well as sleeping space in both the living room and the separate bedroom.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
