Denna nybyggda trä- och stenhytt har en veranda med utsikt över ett damm. Det är perfekt för en lugn, avskild resväg från staden. Du kan vandra över kullarna, fiska ner på floden eller bara koppla av i hängmattan. Alla typer av infödda och exotiska djurliv i Texas kan ses på fastigheten. Stugan ligger bara en halv mil utanför Cade Loop-vägen på 120 tunnland. Detta område är den vackraste delen av Texas Hill Country. Även om stugan är ute i landet, är det mindre än fem minuters bilresa till floden Guadalupe och sjön Ingram. Stugan har 400 kvadratmeter vardagsrum med vardagsrum / kök, sovrum och badrum. Köket har ett litet kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, handfat och stor brödrost. Vardagsrummet har en soffa som omvandlas till en dubbelsäng. Badrummet har handfat, toalett och dusch. Takfläktar finns i alla rum och det finns två fläktar på verandan. Elektriska hotellliknande AC / värmeenheter i sovrummen håller dig varm eller sval. allt detta, plus modern bekvämlighet med begränsade data; GRATIS WIFI! Det är en perfekt plats för ett par eller en liten familj.

Great Stay and very Peaceful

The scenery and the cabin was wonderful. Having a get-away like this place is great. Just being able to enjoy the property was therapeutic. We plan to be back in the future.

Relaxing

Quiet Getaway

This is a great spot to enjoy the outdoors and have a quiet weekend. The pond has a good population of bluegill, largemouth bass and catfish. This is a great spot if you enjoy a nice campfire, catch a few fish and go on a hike. The cabin was clean and comfortable with a great porch.

Was nice and quiet and perfect for our mini getaway

Awesome place. Quiet, fun, plenty to do. Didn’t even miss the TV. The kids loved the pond. I loved the fresh air and relaxing around the pond watching the kids. Close enough to town for our shopping needs. Perfect place to stay and unwind! We hope to be back soon!

Peace and quiet

Peaceful private, away from city noise. We want it to stay longer. Very enjoyable and quiet. Because of this tranquility we didn’t miss TV. Very nice area and would recommend to anyone for nice getaway. I definitely keep this in mind. Thank you for your hospitality.

Secluded Getaway

Upon arrival, this property instantly exceeded our expectations. As the peaceful and secluded property location was exactly what we were hoping for. In addition, the area in general is absolutely lovely. Most of our time was spent enjoying the space outside of the cabin including the pond, fire pit, grill, patio, and greenery. The kitchen is minimal so we planned ahead with pre-made breakfast items, lunch in town, and utilizing the charcoal grill for dinner. We look forward to a future stay!

Great Hidden "Get a Way Cabin"

The cabin was clean and well equipped for our weekend get a way. We did not miss the TV !!!! This one is added to our favorites category and we'll be back next time we are in the vicinity. If you have a question or a request, Philip was lightning fast with a response.

Beautiful property. My only complaint was the mattress shook with any movement and the ac with loud when kicking on. The property was quite, and peaceful, close to the river if you wanted to swim.

Great place to getaway and relax.

Great place to getaway and relax. It was quiet, of the main road and the property and cabin were well maintained. Water level in the lake was good, and it was fun to watch the night come to life under the stars. We saw plenty of deer and even an armadillo came strolling by the porch on its way down to the lake to get some water. Good spot and would go back.

Very clean and comfortable

The cabin is just right for 1-2 people or a small family. It was comfortably furnished and very clean, which was so nice. The pond is nice but be aware that, at least when I was there, it was very low, so it does not look like the pictures. It was still nice to sit out on the patio during the cool mornings. The location is off a ranch road so it’s a little hard to get to, but it is peaceful. The AC unit is quite loud so if you are sensitive to noise at night you may find it bothersome but it was okay with me.

Great Getaway

This little bungalow was built by craftsmen and outfitted by caring. Everything you need is provided for a short getaway in the Hill Country, Although I didn't meet the owners they are obviously folks that take pride in what they have.

Our families are fourth and sixth generation Texans. We've been lucky enough to live and raise our family in the beautiful Hill Country along the Guadalupe River. I am a retired banker and school teacher and am currently the director of a local non-profit organization. I enjoy spending time outdoors.

This property has been in my family since 1936 when my grandfather purchased it. The 120 acre pasture is part of a larger working ranch that is located between Ingram and Hunt Texas.

Beautiful natural scenery along with gorgeous Texas sunsets from the tops of the hills. Quiet and peaceful but located just minutes away from Texas Highway 39 that takes you to west to the quaint town of Hunt (10 minutes) or east to Kerrville (15 minutes). San Antonio, Texas is just an hour away.
