Perfect setting

Sally answered my first message within an hour and continued to give clear, timely responses to every query. We are so glad to have found her after the 7/4/25 flood had destroyed our home in Hunt and are grateful for her hospitality and kindness. The place was perfect for the two of us, cozy, clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

Couples getaway

Listing says "hot tub" , but it's a spa tub in the bathroom so I was disappointed when we arrived and checked out the property. Everything else was very nice and exactly as described.

A hidden gem with the perfect location

The property was just right. We enjoyed all that Kerrville, Hunt, Ingram and Fredericksburg had to offer with very little travel time. Very clean property at the right price with the best hostess!!! The hostess gave the best local recommendations and was always on top of communication.

Perfect Little Gem!

This was the perfect little property for my four day stay in Hill Country! It is darling! Sally did an amazing job making it so cozy! She is a very kind and responsive owner. As soon as I walked in the door, I felt very at home. Comfy bed and bath linens. Coffee, cereal and bottled water were appreciated. I felt very safe, and really enjoyed sitting outside at the end of a long day watching the sunset. I highly recommend this property and would mostly definitely stay there again!

Comfortable quarters in Hunt

Very comfortable accommodations for our three people! Located minutes from everything in Hunt, Texas. Hostess is thoughtful and communicates everything in advance. We plan to return next summer!

Perfect Little Hill Country Spot

A friend and I were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot to spend the weekend and be close to everything on our itinerary. This is a beautiful hill country location and the unit was perfect for what we needed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again when back in that area.

Excellent - would stay there again!

Quiet, beautiful, had everything you needed and then some! Even a jacuzzi tub. Sally was responsive and helpful. Huge bedroom, elegant bathroom. All the little extras that make it a lovely stay. If we ever need another VRBO in the area, we will definitely be back!

Hill country getaway

Sally set us up well and was very hospitable. We called for information once and got immediate feedback from her. We enjoyed the accommodations and the area. We found the neighborhood nice for running and quiet at night. We would definitely go back.

Weekend trip

Great little suite attached to the side of the main house. Very clean one bedroom, one bath, with a kitchenet. Walking distance to the river and very quiet country setting. As we were packing up two deer walked by to check on us. The host communicates well and tries to think of everything to help make your stay more enjoyable.

Great couple of days

We were there Sunday pm until Wednesday am. Even though the weather was dreary, our stay was comfortable. Sally had everything we needed. We didn’t realize many of the local places are closed Monday and Tuesday but still had plenty of options.

Relaxing

My husband and I needed a little getaway from the hustle and bustle of life, a little recharge, and we got it here. This suite was very clean and comfortable. Sally was very sweet and accommodating. She suggested places to go and places to eat. Thank you Sally.
