This home is 3000+sqft within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Brand new custom built backyard with pool/jacuzzi and lounge area around fire pit. The house is sunny, bright, beautifully and happily decorated made perfectly for your vacation. Spacious for the whole family while master doesn't share a wall.

- The couch in the living room can sleep an extra person
- We have weekly pool service every Thursday
- We are not refilling gas BBQ grill so you would have to bring the empty tank to Home Depot or Walmart to exchange due to our house keeper no longer doing this.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.
- There is a fee to heat up the pool and jacuzzi and please note that we provide the instructions to heat it up upon guest's arrival.

IMPORTANT: POOL
1. If the pool is used and you take out the vacuum, you must put it back in when done using the pool. The Vacuum is what keeps walls and floor clean of bacteria.
2. Intake line “hose” must be disconnected before it is taken out of pool. Otherwise it sucks air and will ruin pump.
3. Do not remove the tablet dispenser from pool. Can’t keep the pool clean without that equipment running.

PLEASE NOTE:

We have exterior cameras in front of the house and at the backyard (pool area) for security and insurance purposes. These cameras will be on 24/7 for security purposes. Guest must acknowledge this before booking.

Please note that the floor of bathroom downstairs looks like it’s dirty but it’s not due to the pattern and wear and tear.

Nice but missed the mark

Hi, thanks for reaching out . We did love the property for its cleaness brightness and room/bathroom count. I would love to give it a 5 start review, however there were several things that need to be addressed for anyone making future reservations. I will list them bellow: 1. Please update the VRBO listing. On the listing it says, there is a sauna, corn hole, table tennis or games. There is no Sauna on sight, no corn hole, no table tennis and no games. There is a foosball table and basketball game. 2. We expected the jacuzzi to be warm. It was not. The jacuzzi never worked properly. The first night it went completely dry and needed attention. From then on there were no bubbles. And it was still unclear what was expected for the jacuzzi to be warm. This leads me to number 3. 3. Communication. We discovered through the maintenance man, John, that there is a cost for heating the jacuzzi and a two day minimum but he did not know how much. It should be noted here that John was always sensitive to our needs and went above and beyond the call of duty to make things right for our stay. He gets a five star review for sure. Communication on the vrbo platform was terrible . There was always a delay. I needed to receive an email before it would populate on the mobile app. And I would often receive replies several hours after my message. 4. Jacuzzi. I was disappointed to say the least to find out that the jacuzzi was not heated. I was even more disappointed to find tha

Pictures hide A LOT of things about this property! Definitely NOT a luxury home! 1)Property overall is outfitted with bare minimum which makes a stay frustrating: not enough toilet paper, no Kleenex, no bath mats, not enough towels, no pool towels, 2) kitchen outfitted with cheap utensils, oven was broken as the temperature did not heat properly ruining our breakfast casserole. We had to toss it and no spices, oil was provided, not even a salt or pepper shaker, 3) you can tell that there are a lot of patch ups and the yard was barren. Chairs with bird poop and a dinky fire pit. Again this is where the photos are misleading 4) all the cabinets and fixtures are old, cosmetic touch ups on the exterior but once you open the drawers in kitchen and bathroom they are gross. The listing calls this place a luxury tropical villa! Very misleading as it is not luxurious at all. Again bare minimum on every level. Hard mattresses, cheap towels, zero bath matts that made it extremely slippery on the cheap laminate flooring. Almost fell twice getting out of shower! 5) primary bathroom toilet leaks 24/7 and has difficulty flushing so you should look into this since you are wasting water your water bill might be high 6) there were no welcome instructions and I had to call to get the door combo. Upon arrival all the trash bins were overflowing and sat out the entire stay 7) our entire family was bitten up with either flea or mosquito bites in the front grass area so this needs to be treated
