3 mins from Canyon Crest Shopping Center. The location is perfect near the 91 and 215 Fwy and only 6 min to Downtown Riverside! House is located in a private, quiet and safe area 1.5 mile from UCR campus.

The house is clean, modern and comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It can sleep up to 10 people. The master bedroom has a super comfortable King Bed, TV and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third room has 2 Full beds. The second bathroom includes a spa jet bathtub.

You will enjoy a private backyard with a pool, seating area, a modern fire pit, and a picnic table and BBQ Grill. Several games are available in the GAME Room, including a big Billiard table, foosball table, and Pac-Man Arcade. Additionally, we provide pool toys and board games so that the entire family can enjoy themselves. The driveway can park up to 3 cars and 1 more in front of the house.

(This is not a party house, but rather a relaxing house. Noise policies strictly enforced by the host and the city of Riverside. If you're looking for a rowdy and loud weekend, sorry to inform you this is not the house for you)

*NO PARTY OR EVENTS. Any unauthorized event or large gathering will result in IMMEDIATE REMOVAL from the property with NO REFUND.

*NO SMOKING. NO DRUGS of any kind. There will be a $500 fee charged to clean up the smell.

*NO VISITORS. Only registered guests have access to the house. No exceptions. We charge $50dlls for any undisclosed extra guests
