Location

Great location and not to far from most things. Enjoyed the peace and 20 min ride to Honeymoon island where we ended up spending most our days. Clearwater was pretty and good restaurants/shopping.

Perfect! We would stay again!

Craig was an awesome host and always quick to respond. The lights on for us, which was so welcome for our 8pm arrival. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, not far from beaches, walking trails, Publix and a couple dozen (or so) nice restaurants. The neighborhood was ideal for walking around, including a loop thru the community park. We spotted turtles in the protected areas! The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We grilled outside and enloyed dinner on the patio. Coffee every morning on the patio felt luxurious with the waterfall on the pool. We even had warm enough weather to enjoy a dip the heated poolpool.

Great family stay

Booked this lovely house after a busy week in Orlando. Exactly what we needed to relax! Facilities were great, and we all loved the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet Oscar, but loved watching the squirrels race around in the morning! Would recommend this 100%

Pool House

The house is very welcoming upon entering. The decorations were pretty, the view of the pool awesome. We spent most of our time outside by the pool, the waterfall was relaxing to listen to. There was a problem with the toilet and Craig came to take care of it. He's very friendly and even set the pool temperature up for us. We had a great time.

Awesome getaway!

Loved staying here. Would definitely stay here again! House was very comfortable and clean. Pool and outdoor patio was awesome for both kids and adults. Neighborhood was quiet, clean and in a good location. Craig is a great host. 10/10 would recommend!

Summer Getaway

Overall an excellent property. Plenty of room, fantastic location, excellent to all events.. Only improvements could be cleanliness by housekeeping, and upgrade to appliances (except washer & dryer which was excellent). There was an issue with wifi, but Craig is taking care of that already... A great stay with my family. Thanks to all.

Going Coastal

Relaxing Florida Home with room to gather with family and to have quiet space to enjoy reading,yoga and napping. Lovely pool with screened in large patio stunning place to enjoy a dinner by the pool.. Location in a quiet neighborhood with a park and walking trails. We hope to be back next summer!

Family Friendly

This was perfect for our family of 5. This property was clean and comfortable. It's location was perfect for us. We were able to easily go to Tampa and Clearwater from the home's location. Craig was easy to communicate with and promply answered all of our questions and needs. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property .

This was our second trip to this great home and we really enjoyed it. Everything we needed was there and Craig was so helpful and accommodating. Spotlessly clean and great pool.. Very nice area and within reach of shops. We are hoping to visit again next year and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Lovely Property In Palm Harbor

We had a wonderful Time in this well stocked, heated Pool home. The House was centrally located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Most of our time was spent on Honeymoon Island which was not far. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for everything Craig!

Nice property

Fantastic all round rental villa 👌🏼

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at Craig's rental villa from start to finish - we didn't want to leave! Craig had great communication (and is a really lovely genuine guy) from the moment we enquired about the booking to the day we left. He was very helpful during our stay too. The villa comes equipped with everything you'd need for your stay. Really clean, up to date facilities, lovely pool, great location too! Really couldn't fault it! We're looking forward to returning 10/10 👍🏻☀️🌴

First time gulf visit

Very nice neighborhood with plenty of nearby stores and restaurants. We don’t cook a lot on vacation but the house was well equipped for cooking. Appreciated all the little things like dish soap, baggies, air fresheners to name a few. Loved the way the house is separated so that you could spread out and have space. Prior to and during visit, Craig was easy to contact and very responsive. Would definitely want to stay again if back in the area!

Stay on Village Way

This house was everything and more we could of expected. Craig thought of Everything, more than everything! The house and the property was amazing and pristine! Craig was so attentive if I had a question or anything the response from him was withing a minute or 2. I couldn't of asked for a better experience or vacation! Comfortable, enjoyable, good location

Family of 4 with teens found the property very comfortable with room to spread out. Heated pool was a big hit with the kids. Loved eating on the screened patio. Kitchen was well equipped. Neighborhood was ideal for morning walks and there was a nice loop around the nearby community center. Neighborhood was quiet. Location was great for visiting family in the area and day trips. Multiple Publix grocery stores close by. Overall a very nice property!

Lovely home and pool!

This is a huge home with three bedrooms and two full baths. There are two living rooms a dinning room and huge kitchen, with bar and table. Plenty of room for families to spread out r up to 3 couples. Large patio, pool, with plenty of shade and a grill. Lots of amenities were provided and Craig was available usually immediately whenever we had questions. Thank you Craig! Peg & Allen

Family Vacation

We booked this house after our Cruise was cancelled a month before. This house was amazing and so much fun. Owner Craig was there when we needed anything. After the 2nd or 3rd night we found out that my second cousin stayed in the same house 2 years ago. I highly recommend this home for a get away . Not far from the beach or shopping and our favorite walmart not far from the house. We all love the space in this house and nobody was on top of any one. Best Vacation ever.
