Detta är en älskling 2 sovrum / 2 badrum hemma, 7 sovplatser. Huset är centralt beläget mellan Dunedin och Tarpon Springs. Det är på en djup vattenkanal med direkt tillgång till Mexikanska golfen, inga broar. Ta med din egen båt eller hyra vår. Vi hyr vår 24 "pontonbåt för $ 75 per dag för din vistelse. Vi har också två paddelbrädor och två kajaker ingår i hyran. Eller bara koppla av i skuggan i vår dubbla hängmatta.
Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, eget badrum och ett privat vardagsrum. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng, vardagsrummet har en drottning utdragbar soffa, och en och en halv stol med en utdragbar dubbelsäng. Köket är fullt utrustat med diskmaskin, gasspis, full ugn och kyl, ismaskin och vinkyl.
Tvättmaskin och torktumlare ingår och ett stort skafferi att fylla i för din familj och gäster.
Inkluderat är en 65 ”smart platt-TV och WIFI.
Avskärmad i veranda och stort däck har utsikt över hamnen och vattnet. På däck finns en stor gasgrill och en grön ägggrill.
Platsen ligger nära cykelleden Pinellas och golforten Innisbrook. Massor av bra restauranger lokalt.

Another Wonderful Stay

Property is as stated in the listing. Our family opted in for the Pontoon for our stay and we had a wonderful time here. Tarpon Springs - Sponge Docks Street was a pleasant suprise. We also enjoyed Honeymoon Island several mornings finding several keepers of shells.

Relax and unwind

Our stay here was amazing. The house was clean and communication with the host was good. Had a great time on the pontoon fishing and the sunsets were amazing. We had everything we needed as far as kitchen supplies and bath supplies.We would definitely book again.

Great property with a pontoon boat!

Great property with ample amenities to hang out and spend time with family and friends. Access to a pontoon boat was a huge plus! Property owners were very easy to work with.

Lovely Home - Would stay again!

We were in town for the Valspar PGA tournament and this home suited our needs perfectly. Wish we could have spent more time at the home because it has a peaceful view of the water and a family boat. But our trip was quick and we were at the golf course for most of the day. The beds were comfortable and it has a nice living room area that overlooks the water. My daughter and I had a nice morning run on the nearby community trail. The neighborhood felt safe and there are nice restaurants in the area. Great communication with the owner/manager. An all around great weekend!

Had a great stay!

House was extremely clean and organized with everything we need. It had a great location near the bike path, restaurants and quaint small towns. Owners were super accommodating and friendly. The water view was amazing. We will certainly be back!!!

Great home

Very nice mid century home (with cool original terrazzo floor), great screened in patio and decks down to the channel. Very comfortable and clean. Nice views and well situated in a quiet neighborhood close to both Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. Easygoing and responsive hosts.

Beautiful

This property was beautiful the view was tranquil and quite. it was nice to be able to use the boat. Ruth was very kind and always responded to my chat. The neighbors were very friendly and sat and talked with us. Everything was clean and there was notes telling us how to use things that was extremely helpful. There is also a helpful hand book for the boat and house that I enjoyed reading as well. I will definitely be back everything was perfect.

Perfect Vacation to Relax and Unwind

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was gorgeous and fully stocked for our needs. The location was perfect for relaxing on the dock or island hopping to some of the area's most beautiful beaches. We had a minor hiccup with the pontoon, but the property owners were quick to communicate and fixed the issue in a timely manner. Thank you so much for a terrific vacation!

Spring Get-Away

Beautiful home with wonderful backyard right on the canal and shaded by two large oak trees. Just perfect! Great location for boating, fishing, kayaking or just hanging out on the dock. Very convenient to parks, bike and walking trail, the beach, restaurants and stores. Could not have asked for more!

Annual migration south

Delightful house. Very comfortable with a great view of the harbor. We saw dolphins from the back deck along with birds fishing . The highlight of the stay was taking the boat into the gulf to the little island picking up shells. There were also lots of starfish that were really cool.

Everything we were looking for!

My husband and I were looking for a place to work remotely for a couple of weeks in January, where we could also do some biking. This was the perfect spot! Plenty of space and privacy for both of us to get our work done, with easy access to the Pinellas trail for a ride at the end of the day. Ruth was a wonderful host, very responsive from the day we booked through the last day of our stay. And her property is charming -- clean and comfortably furnished, with everything we needed, plus a lovely view of the canal and lots of windows. Top notch!

Great holiday vacation!

The house was immaculate and we loved having access to the pontoon boat. Our teenage boys enjoyed fishing from the dock and taking the kayaks out. We also loved using the gas grill. Ruth was very quick to respond to our questions.

Great getaway

What a great place to relax and enjoy time with family! I can not say one negative thing about our experience. The home was clean and had almost anything needed for a fun vacation - beach towels, a cooler, kayaks, a boat, a grill, and even an ice machine. Being that it is a 2 bedroom I assumed it would be a bit small, but that was not the case at all. There was plenty of space and a lot of seating inside and out, and the back deck was so beautiful and relaxing. This home will not disappoint. We are already talking about reserving again next year.

Fantastic Property and Awesome Owner!

My family and I spent a weekend at this beautiful property and it was wonderful! Ruth was an amazing host with incredible communication! We enjoyed using the boat and visiting Three Rooker Island that is just over 4 miles from the property. We will be back Ruth and thank you again for everything!

Perfect Florida Getaway

After a few long days at Disney World, this property is just what our family needed. A quiet street with direct dock access to the canal, our family loved spending time on the outdoor deck watching dolphins swim by. Very close to the sponge docks, local beaches and shopping, it is the perfect basecamp for a Gulf vacation. Ruth is a very responsive and kind host, with prompt and clear communication. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks, Ruth!

BEST OF THE BEST!!!!

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful property we knew we made the right choice. We are locals and were looking for a relaxing week on the water with our boat. This house has it all!! Super clean, polished terrazzo floors, all the amenities you could ask for. My wife and 13-year-old daughter along with friends that visited during the week all had a blast and commented on how great this house is. Great communication from Ruth the property owner the entire trip. 12 out of 10 stars all the way!! Highly recommend for anyone!!
