The Rock House - "Why The Rock Not?!"

Look no further! You and your family & friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Located in a quiet residential area. There is a selection of multi-cultural restaurants nearby. So no matter what you or your party are craving you will find a restaurant to satisfy. Oh, don't forget the nearby beaches. With Clearwater Beach notoriously voted one of the top beaches in the USA. FORE!! There are two public golf courses out of the many, less than 10 minutes away.

This home exudes eclectic styles from the previous owners. I have spruced it up a bit to bring most of it into the 21st century. First, by having a brand new roof put on in Dec 2022. This home is a three bedroom, two bath house with a pool.

The living room boasts an electric reclining sectional couch. As well as a 60" Samsung smart TV. You may add and sign into any of your streaming subscriptions as you wish. Along with a chrome-cast. Plus there is "cable" TV via the Spectrum app on all TVs that allows you to watch live TV.

Each of the three bedrooms has a Queen bed in it. Along with a 43" Samsung smart TV that allows you to watch whatever you subscribe to. Bed linens and pillows are provided. There are 5 of each Serta Crystal Cool pillows in firm support and Soft/Medium support. The master bedroom has a closet as well as two dressers to put your clothes. Inside the master closet is the iron and ironing board. Along with a couple beach chairs.

The enclosed Florida room showcases a non working fireplace. It is Florida after all!! On the one side of the room is the fireplace along with a sleeper sofa with a Serta mattress. With the linens and pillows in the hall closet. On the other side of the Florida room is the dining room and bar area. The table extends and the leaf is also located in the closet in the hall.

The kitchen is cosy and has a brand new fridge and dishwasher. The fridge is a water and ice dispenser as well. There is also a coffee bar along the wall for all your caffeine needs. Along with an electric tea kettle. The only thing you will need is milk.

Both bathrooms have shower tubs. There is shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Bath and hand towels, as well as wash/face cloths are also included. With spares depending on the amount of guests. A hairdryer is in the master bathroom drawer.

Outdoors has the wonderful pool that has just been resurfaced and re-screened. There is an outdoor shower that allows you to rinse off before entering the pool or washing off the chlorine before going into the house, if you wish. There are a few pool noodles and rafts. There is plenty of seating to lounge in the sun. Why not cook out on the propane grill on the side of the house for you to enjoy. How about enjoying a night around the fire pit on one of the nights Florida joins in on what I like to call “winter participation”.
