ROACHES, GRIM AND MORE!
The home has a pest / bug problem. We found two cockroaches in the kitchen and one in each bathroom. My wife tripped and almost fell where the vinyl plank flooring between the living room and dining area is cracked and coming apart. That area of the floor is soft to walk on which indicates possible subfloor rotting. There was dirt and grin on baseboards throughout. There was “only God knows what” on the wall in the back bathroom near the toilet and waste paper basket.The inside of the kitchen drawers and cabinets are filthy! The faux-wood blinds in the rear bedroom have broken slats. The exterior, both front and back is dirty, and there is even an old box of trash in the backyard just off the deck. The deck and patio were covered in leaves and tree debris. We found small, black critters crawling around in a vanity sink and recorded a short video of it. The air filter in the ceiling air-return was dark, gray which indicated that it had not been replaced in many months! Smoke detector in main living area was missing (the bracket was still there on the wall). The vents in both bathrooms were dirty. The entire house is in serious need of a most thorough deep cleaning! The listing and photos are not an accurate representation of the terrible condition of this property! This rental is not worth what was paid! How any past guests could give this property anything more than 3 stars is mind boggling!
