Lovely place to stay. Great area - close to Bayshore drive and Hyde park village. The accommodation was well designed, comfortable with plenty of coffee. Only downsides we had were parking on arrival (due to Gasparilla festival) and sound proofing between the units - next doors TV was really loud through the wall. Would stay here again if in the area. Thanks Brightside

This property was amazing. Great location, lots of restaurants and close to downtown. We had everything we could need and the beds were so comfy!! Quiet, peaceful, and we were 2 women who felt very safe. Highly recommend and definitely would stay again!

Great place to stay

I was visiting Tampa on business, but I felt right at home. The place is more spacious than a hotel room, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I would stay here again if I were in town.

A refreshing alternative to chain hotels

Great location, walking distance to Hyde Park Village. The units are spacious and spotless. The kitchen, bath and laundry are well equipped. Rates are less than chain hotels downtown. A great value!

A place that checks all the boxes

The location was phenomenal and nothing but positive things to say from the setup. Communication was great and well in advance of arrival. The rental provided everything I needed for my stay. But most importantly, this was the perfect location with access to Downtown, Bayshore, Hyde Park, SoHo, etc. For my next Tampa visit, this will be the first place I look for availability!

Unfortunately we had to cut our stay at Adaline short due to property being infested with ants and possible termites. We arrived late at night and went directly to sleep to have the girls wake up scared in the middle of the night with ants and other insects crawling on them, on pillowed and bedding sheets. In the morning we saw that bugs were everywhere in the property so we sent a message to the property management requesting pest control service, then we left to our planned activities. The property management did not call, text or take care of the issue. Instead they sent a message on Expedia asking us to call to provide more details about the issue reported. We did not see that email from Expedia timely, only after we returned to the property to find out that the issue was not taken care of. Therefore we asked for 1]2 refund for the second night so that we can relocate to a hotel, however the property management offered just 1/3 of the amount of what we payed (instead of half claiming that Expedia was getting the rest of the money (including taxes and property management fees).

Super cute apartment. Perfect for the 3 days I was needing to stay. Close to lots of shops and the hospital. Super clean. Safe area for solo travelers. Linens were microfiber material. Cotton would be more breathable. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen has what you need to cook and even make smoothies. Would prefer if the K cups were supplied rather than having to buy. One slight con: Neighbors like to slam the door quite often. And there is a dog that likes to bark. But after 930 it quieted down. Overall, it was a great stay, in a great location, at a decent price.

I met Leah at the end of my stay. I found out she is responsible for the amazingly clean accommodations! This was one of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in for a long time. I frequent pricey hotels and vacation homes. It seems properties (hotels and private residencies) do the bare minimum regarding cleaning. I know oftentimes housekeeping has limited time to clean, short staffing, etc. Leah is different - she gives a special home touch to the residence. I don’t know how she accomplishes this awesome feat - but I’m grateful. I had a customer service issue - the person I had to communicate with representing the property made me feel demoralized. No offense to that property manager person - we possibly had a misunderstanding. Leah smoothed everything out. She made my family and I feel heard. She added the human element to the modern day stay (with these stays - you do not see people - it’s primarily emails and texts). Leah is the true gem of this company. I hope that she gets the celebration and promotions that she deserves. Thank you Leah, you are awesome❀. Thanks to you I would stay here again (and highly recommend it to others). Also the location is amazing and beautiful.

Tiny bathroom

The building and apartment are beautifully maintained, probably one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. It also has every amenity one could need. However, we were both puzzled and disappointed by the layout. The apartment itself is very spacious but the bathroom is tiny, barely enough room to turn around in and no place to put anything down. As well, it is so small it’s impossible to take a shower without the floor getting soaked. The apartment we were in was next to the building a/c units which cycled on and off all night, not conducive for a good night’s sleep.
