Very clean and simple VRBO

The kitchen was fully stocked, the appliances worked great and the wi-fi was fast. Our family enjoyed sleeping and eating here during our trip to the Tampa area. Communication with host was quick.

Everything was clean and though there was only one tv it was HUGE . Pool was Awsome! And the host was as Beautiful as the property 😍. Definitely will return Again!

We spent the weekend at buschgardens and adventure island and this house is extremely close less than 5 minutes away it had everything we needed if your looking for a place to stay during your family vacay that is affordable,clean and convenient this is the place. The owner is great at keeping communication and we will definitely book again later this year!!

Lesson learned

Didn’t receive checkin code until after our flight was in the air, arrived after midnight .received code after check in time No coffee No covers for king size bed , slept with clothes on first night we told you only got enough toilet paper to start the stay 2 rolls for 7 people

Christmas break getaway

Cozy renovated modern ranch was perfect for our Christmas Break Bush Gardens getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the main necessities to prepare meals and eat in like (dishwear, cookwear and such) was a nice surprise to have a flat griddle and a blender included. We unanimously agreed that knowing there was a huge group that the house should have had been stocked with more towels. There was only 3 plus was there for 3 nights. This rental is excellent location for Bush Gardens and Adventure Island. Theresa was great with any questions we had. Thank you for a great stay, The Millers

Location terrible. Washer and Dryer outside. Washer didn’t work first day had to go to laundry mat.

No electrical outlets in living room. No garage bags. Mirror in bathroom so high wife couldn’t see herself. No lamps in any room. Not a great neighborhood chicken chucking. Some had to deliver toilet paper and paper Towle

Basic place close to Busch Gardens

You can tell the owners have really tired to think of everything you might need on your stay which was nice. The only problem we had was with the beds. When we got there all the beds had what looked like black dog hair all over them. We did call and ask to check in early and they let us pay a $20 fee and said we could bc the cleaners were already done. So maybe they rushed? We had to strip all the beds and wash all the bedding before we felt comfortable sleeping in them. On top of that the mattresses are some of the worst quality mattresses I’ve experienced. They had a mattress topper on the queen already which helped our dad sleep but we ended up having to go buy a mattress topper the 1st night for the king to make it bearable. I’m sure it’s hard to keep nice things in a place next to a college but a nice mattress topper on all the beds would really help if upgrading mattresses is not an option.
