Located in a friendly neighborhood, this Bradenton home is nestled minutes away from Palma Sola Bay and Anna Maria Island. While exploring the best of the Sunshine State, visit Palma Sola Botanical Park, Robinson Preserve, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, Manatee Village Historical Park, and numerous golf courses, restaurants, and shops. A bike ride to the causeway is doable too and offers the perfect excuse to get out and enjoy a sunrise or sunset. Included are 2 cruiser bicycles with helmets.

Fun in the sun continues back at the privacy of your stay! Here, you can indulge in invigorating dips into the private, heated pool, prepare delicious meals with the help of the gas grill, and soak up the sun on the expansive lanai.

Inside, get comfortable amidst the living room's soft seating and large TV. As well as a mini fridge and TV in the lanai. The adjacent full kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Both of the home's bedrooms come lined with soft linens, a new mattress in the master bedroom, tasteful decorations, and central air. The perks continue to children's items such as a Pack-N-Play, baby monitor, toddler swim vest, baby bath, pool fence, and high chair. As well as, internet access, a Bluetooth speaker, and a private washer/dryer & clothes steamer. Whenever you're playing on the sand, don't forget to bring along the provided beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and coolers.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
