It was clean and well stocking with necessities. Very communicative host. Close to shopping areas but also in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean and there were plenty of space on the property to enjoy family or friends.

The house is beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet neighborhood. It is close to great shopping and dining options and not far at all from Anna Maria Island. Peter was nice and easy to work with. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect choice

Our family vacation stay at Petr’s home was the perfect choice. The house was clean, beautiful, equipped with everything you need including the new appliances, game room and communication was wonderful. We had a great time!

Florida paradise home.

This home was the perfect place for our family. The location is great! Very close to so many amenities. Minutes from the gorgeous beaches of Anna Maria. The home felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived, very clean, modern updates, stunning backyard/ pool area! The kids also enjoyed the pool table every night. Bonuses for the home that I wasn’t expecting, plenty of beach chairs for use, boogie boards, beach toys, coolers, and a wagon. Information readily available in the house for local restaurants, activities, and process of checking out clearly posted on fridge. Checking in and out was very easy and seamless. This home made our first time to the area even more enjoyable! Would love to return in the future!

Great renovated house

Older house but renovated with all new finishes. Really clean. They need to work out a few kinks, for example the shower controls are backwards (turn to cold to get hot in both showers). The master tub holds water and no hand soap in the bathrooms. Check the hall closet between the two bedrooms for wash clothes, none were out. Hopefully you like firm mattresses!

Home was lovely. My children took full advantage of the game room. They absolutely loved it. Very quiet neighborhood and the house was great. The only complaint is that there were wrappers and trash under the sofas and around the nightstand in the master bedroom. Not the owners fault at all. The owner was very quick to respond when we messaged and kind. Over all we were happy.

Best house!!

Our family stayed for 3 nights and wish it was longer! We had the absolute best time. It was clean, extremely well stocked for games, toys and beach accessories!! Close enough to anything you need & quiet neighborhood making it the perfect spot! If I could give 10 stars I would! Owner was very quick to respond to all messages & so polite! We loved our stay! We absolutely plan to book again.

Great Stay!

We stayed here for a week in May and we are so glad we picked this property. My husband and I caught a bad cold while traveling to Florida and the primary bedroom was nice and comfortable so we were able to rest up and recuperate. This was HUGE for us. We took turns watching the kids in the pool and they loved it!!! They spent most of their time swimming. They had a blast!! Overall, a great place to stay and the owner was very responsive and accommodating.

Spring 2025 visit

This was a great location for beaches and attractions. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The house was clean, but at least one plumbing problem, the second bathroom tub blockage, was not addressed by the owner during our visit, although we identified it early on.

Beautiful home

We stayed here with my family for a last vacation with the kids as they are adults. We had so much fun. Between the pool and the game room, there is so much to do here. Everything was clean and tidy they even had stuff for you. If you wanted to go to the beach, they made sure this house had everything you needed for your vacation stay. We will definitely be back.

Spent a week here. House was clean and matched pictures. Looks like it was updated in the last year or two. Had no issues. Plenty of towels/toilet paper/cleaning supplies.

Great vacation spot for all types of groups

This property was beautiful and more than perfect! The host had wonderful communication the entire trip as well as before and after. The house had lots of items for cooking, laundry, and even a beach day.

Perfect for family

Holiday Vacation

It is a beautiful house with everything you need. Could use a little more kitchen items such as a few more pots and pans and a pasta strainer. Nice neighborhood and stores are close by. The beach is close by also and there were plenty of beach chairs and beach accessories at the house. We really enjoyed the game room. We had a wonderful week & would definitely return. and beach items needed at the house.

Dad’s trip for Daughter’s tournament

What a great spot! Such a nice place, fully equipped, clean and so many extras. Petr was incredible at making us feel at ease with check in and everything in the house and property were TOP NOTCH!! We will be looking to stay here again!

Happy Thanksgiving Vacation Time

Really good time at the house, quite neighborhood, stores and supermarkets no more than 15 min driving distance. If you plan to go to Tampa or St. Pete, about an hour. The house was clean, if you need to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped. We didn't used the pool, but it was ready and clean. Communication with Petr is excellent.

Cute house loved the location

We stayed here for 9 days. Very quiet neighborhood the house was great. Clean and had everything you need for your stay. The host was great and was always available if you had any questions. We loved sitting outback by the pool and listening to all the ducks in the pond. Great experience and would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

Extended family came to Florida to help family members with property on Anna Maria Island cleanup after Hurricane Helene. It was an exhausting task but made a little nicer by being able to come "home" to a beautifully decorated and maintained house with a beautiful pool. The task of cleanup was made more interesting with Hurricane Milton and the need we felt to evacuate. Because Milton set us back four days from doing any cleanup and the closing of the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport, we felt we had to extend our stay by four days. Petr, the owner, was most gracious and understanding and allowed us to extend our stay on short notice. My extended family and I would not hesitate to reserve this house again.

Great for the whole family!

This was a very well kept comfortable property. We had three teenagers so the pool, ping pong table and pool table were the reason we picked this home. We had rented golf carts and found that we could not take them off of AMI which was a bummer, but the in convenience was minor. There a many great restaurants close by for food AND. fun. We had a couple of rainy days so we found a great Escape room nearby and saw a movie another rainy day. There isn’t a great selection of pots and pans (or large mixing bowls) so if you plan to cook, you might want to bring some. No one wants to cook on vacation, so we made do and humorously I travel with an electric griddle!! Petr was great and checked in often. Loved it! Would stay here again!

We spent a whole week at Petr’s property .The house was clean, nice decorated and well equipped .The outdoor area with swimming pool was also a great addition to our stay. We really loved being there.We can truly recommend this property for other you would not regret.

Beautiful home in Bradenton, minutes from the beach

Beautiful home with all the nice perks away from home! Perfect location, minutes from Cortez, La Cocquina beach and Bradenton beach! Beautiful pool! Family loved the pool table, ping pong table and pool. However, not handicapped accessible in the bathrooms. There were deep tubs in both bathrooms. An outside shower was avail to use, but no hot water hooked up to it, only warmth from the Florida sun (about 30-40 seconds…..then runs cold). Would definitely stay here again and would recommend!
