Det underbara gröna huset ligger 8 minuter från stränderna och nära utmärkta restauranger och shopping. Helt ny inbyggd pool har fontäner, jets och ett vattenfall. En flytbrygga för fiske, sittande och kajakpaddling.

Jag byggde detta hus själv och det är "ett första" för mig och jag deltog i varje designdetalj för att göra det vackert och unikt. Upplev den "avancerade" komforten i detta helt nya hem vid en vacker sjö. Katedralen tak med alla möjliga "toppen av linjen" bekvämligheter att erbjuda, vi utformade det för att passa dina behov och återspegla vårt livliga och bekväma omgivande läge.

Det gröna huset är specialbyggt med moderna färger, smaragdpärlgranitbänkskivor, rustika och mozaiska brickor och vackra vogue-möbler. Detta rymliga hem erbjuder avkoppling i elegant modernt boende som inkluderar; smarta plattskärms-TV i alla rum, Wi-Fi, exbox-spel och brädspel, helt nya och dyra madrasser, allt i en rökfri miljö som är både husdjursvänligt och handikappvänligt. Det finns två "high-end" queen-size luftmadrasser med en elektrisk inflator. Andas in i de många smakfulla funky, roliga och moderna dekorationerna i hela huset som verkligen ger den "Super Fun Dream Home" -upplevelse!

Perfect location

We loved our stay here! The house and pool were excellent and well kept. We felt relaxed and comfortable there as our home base while visiting all the local beaches and shops. It’s the perfect distance from everything. If you’re looking for a retreat this is the place!

Best gat away ever

Me and my wife stayed at Jackie’s to be close to Anna Maria island. Between going to Anna Maria, Cortez, and Coquina beaches we were able to do it all and inbetween enjoy the pool. Everything was close and the house was very comfortable. Will def be a future guest again :)

Fun and great location

The house and owners were great. The guys spent most of our time deep sea fishing. The ladies enjoyed the pool, the house, shopping and dining on Anna Maria and in Bradenton. Good times we’re had by all.

Family fun

Me my husband and 5 kids 2 dogs stayed here for 4 nights. Everything was great. We would stay again. Jackie was great and her house is beautiful. The kids had fun swimming in the pool and fishing in the pond. There was so many beaches really close. We loved it so much.

Great Pool House in Convenient Location

Our stay at Jackie's VRBO home was very nice. The pool is wonderful and the view is fantastic. Super comfy bed, awesome water pressure comfortable furniture. This house is located close to anything you need. Jackie is very responsive to any questions you have and is such a kind person. Would recommend this location!

Relaxing

We enjoyed a relaxing week with our adult children. Multiple beach choices all within a short drive. Jackie was very helpful and responsive. Clean house with all the comforts of home. Pool with water view was also nice.

Family Beach Vaca

Drive to several beaches just minutes from this home. Dolphin Cruise just 10 to 15 minute drive away. Everglades airboat and swamp buggy tour at Wootens only two hours away. Worth tbe drive!

This house was exactly as described, beautifully decorated and boasts a beautiful pool! Felt very safe leaving our dog when we went out to dinner. Very cozy and clean

The Green House was a delight to visit. Both inside and out was immaculately clean. We loved how cozy the house was. It was stocked with everything you might need both inside and out. The salt water heated pool was a lovely surprise! We only used the king bed in the main bedroom but really enjoyed how comfortable the mattress was. The bathroom shower was luxurious! We had to leave early because of hurricane Milton but definitely want to return next year. We had to leave

Had a great time

This was perfect for what we were looking for. The house is adorable and close to grocery, restaurants, etc. It is also a quick drive to the beach. The pool was great and the view of the lake was beautiful. Jackie was an amazing host. She was very responsive and so helpful with any questions we had not only about the house but the surrounding areas as well. We hope to be back soon.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Century located to the beaches that we wanted go to and definitely recommend Siesta Key as the number one beach it is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend you stay at this property. It is very clean, the host is very accommodating and has everything that you could possibly need. The pool of course was the best part. Cant go wrong in my opinion.

Sweet vacation home!

The house is clean, beautiful and has every amenity you could or would need. Plenty of room for four adults. The swimming pool is AMAZING and a nice treat at the end of the day. Jackie is so easy to work with and answers your questions quickly. She has provided everything you need for a day trip to the beach, a picnic or just to stay in for the day. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Felt right at home

There is a definite pride of ownership at this property. Very nice finishings, appliances, towels, beds, etc.. This was a perfect place for us to stay. There was plenty of comfortable seating and everybody slept great. It was nice to put my feet up on the reclining love seat after a long day out. The enclosed pool and patio was a great place to relax. If we come out this way again, Jackie’s place is what I will be booking! Thanks Jackie!

Great house, pool & lake!

We enjoyed our time at this house very much! The pool is cute & HEATED (others in the area are not so be sure to check). There is tons of room for outside bbqing. Kids enjoyed fishing from the dock. The host was SO sweet to leave the poles & tackle box out when I told her my kids like to fish, and she also brought us fresh donuts the first day of our trip! Jackie was awesome & responsive to everything going above & beyond!

Affordable Stay Near Sarasota

Jackie was a gracious host, and responded quickly to all questions. Home was adequate, though beds seemed worn out and master bed was incredibly firm. Pool was very nice and was the biggest appeal to us. Very private pool area with screened lanai, plus neat light features to go with the pretty waterfall and bubbler. Backyard faces lake and has privacy fence on one side and thick landscaping on the other, allowing seclusion from the neighbors.

Central To Everything-VG Location

We would stay here again, especially for the heated pool and beautiful sunsets. Bikes are provided. I suggest you mention your intent to bike ride in advance so there is air in the tires. The newer gas grill is really good, a plus. Excellent washer/dryer. Quiet dishwasher. Free donuts/OJ for a breakfast was nice. Easy checkout, no long to-do list.

Family Vacation

We recently stayed at Jackie’s house for a week. Two families, which 4 were kids ages 3-6. The house was amazing. Very clean. The kids loved the pool with the fountains, jets and lights. Check in process was easy. Jackie was very happy to answer and questions we had. There were fresh cut flowers upon arrival and she had fresh donuts delivered. This vacation has been one of the best. This property and Jackie are more than 5 stars. Thanks Jackie!

Family getaway

This home/property met all of our needs. The house was clean and well maintained. We noticed a couple of small issues and the host quickly responded and took care of all issues. The property is lovely and so enjoyable. The street that this home is located on does not offer sidewalks, so if your an avid walker like myself, you have to make sure you were aware of the traffic flow. There are several lakes to view in the area. Was pretty close to Anna Maria Island which was absolutely easy to access and enjoy and found parking pretty accessible. Was very happy with the variety of restaurant selections. Highly recommend Mean Dean’s and Tiramisu’s for delicious food.

My nickname is Jackie and I am originally from California and Maui. I was born in Los Angeles but I lived in the Silicon Valley/San Francisco Bay Area for most of my California years. I miss Cali and Hawaii especially the surfing and snow skiing but I can always visit.

I moved to Southwest Florida 20 years ago to be close to my mom. I am very happy to have this Bradenton/Sarasota area as my home base.

I love the year round nice weather here in Florida, especially in the fall and spring. I feel privileged to live minutes away to our world famous beautiful white sand beaches. I live the Florida lifestyle. I work out everyday, eat right, and enjoy a very healthy lifestyle here in the sunshine state.

I celebrate life to the fullest! I love to travel the world to see God's beautiful creation and experience it all first-hand! I frequently participate in both indoor and outdoor extracurricular activities; like good live musical entertainment, theatre, any kind of sports, camping, BBQ's and great restaurants!

In 2010 as a single mom, I graduated with honors and a GPA of 3.98 as I earned two bachelor's degrees at the University of South Florida Tampa in finance and international business with minors in music , (flute performance), and Spanish. I studied and lived in Spain in 2009. After I graduated, I moved to South America and studied in Panama as the Rotary International Ambassador Scholar to attend language schools and become fluent in Spanish. I also did volunteer work for the local indigenous tribes with both Rotary International and the Peace Corp.

I am the perfect host and I take great pleasure to entertain and make people happy; because this is my "dream job"!

I truly blessed with family and friends that live close by. I cherish my two amazing adult sons, Joseph and Jacob, my parents, and I also have three small female shih tzu rescue dogs and many life-time gal pals!

Varför värden valde detta boende

This is the first home that I have built. I have done extensive remodeling on many other homes that I acquired during the historical housing market crisis. With a lot of "Sweat Equity", they all turned out great!

Last year I contracted with a Tom Sanger Pool Company and the pool includes all the "bells and whistles", fountains, lights, jets, sunshelves, all in a huge caged-in deck for awesome pool parties and fun! the whole back yard overlooks the lake due west which makes for some awesome sunsets sipping on a plastic wine cup sitting in or out of the pool!

The green house is a simple and beautiful, and very efficient home with Cathedral ceilings for nice open concept and lots of natural light in a super central location on a beautiful lake minutes away from white sand beaches. And of course I embellished the home with as much of my own designer TLC as heavenly possible! The green house is nestled away by mossy trees in it's
private own oasis.

However, the location couldn't be more perfectly and conveniently CENTRALLY LOCATED to excellent restaurants, shopping, spas, and easy access to main highways SR70, Hwy 41, and 13 min to I 75 for day trips. Popular one-day destinations include Disney World, Seaworld, Busch Gardens, and so many other theme parks. Tampa/St. Pete are 45 min and 30 min away. Orlando is 75 min away. Miami is 3.5 hours.

I stocked the house with as many of the very best goodies and necessities on the market to make for a truly remarkable and memorable vacation.

Green is my favorite color as you will see and this house is a real emerald!

An extremely nice custom designed HEATED and caged in pool! The convenient and central location to so many fun destinations is fantastic!! At the same time, the house is located in an oasis that sits right on a clean fresh water lake that is good for fishing including large mouth bass, black crapie, sunfish, and catfish. There is 270 degree views of the lake.

Cook your favorite foods on the big outdoor grill and eat in the outdoor gazebo by the lake. I have provided every modern convenience known to man in this immaculate home. So relax and enjoy the good life!
