My nickname is Jackie and I am originally from California and Maui. I was born in Los Angeles but I lived in the Silicon Valley/San Francisco Bay Area for most of my California years. I miss Cali and Hawaii especially the surfing and snow skiing but I can always visit.

I moved to Southwest Florida 20 years ago to be close to my mom. I am very happy to have this Bradenton/Sarasota area as my home base.

I love the year round nice weather here in Florida, especially in the fall and spring. I feel privileged to live minutes away to our world famous beautiful white sand beaches. I live the Florida lifestyle. I work out everyday, eat right, and enjoy a very healthy lifestyle here in the sunshine state.

I celebrate life to the fullest! I love to travel the world to see God's beautiful creation and experience it all first-hand! I frequently participate in both indoor and outdoor extracurricular activities; like good live musical entertainment, theatre, any kind of sports, camping, BBQ's and great restaurants!

In 2010 as a single mom, I graduated with honors and a GPA of 3.98 as I earned two bachelor's degrees at the University of South Florida Tampa in finance and international business with minors in music , (flute performance), and Spanish. I studied and lived in Spain in 2009. After I graduated, I moved to South America and studied in Panama as the Rotary International Ambassador Scholar to attend language schools and become fluent in Spanish. I also did volunteer work for the local indigenous tribes with both Rotary International and the Peace Corp.

I am the perfect host and I take great pleasure to entertain and make people happy; because this is my "dream job"!

I truly blessed with family and friends that live close by. I cherish my two amazing adult sons, Joseph and Jacob, my parents, and I also have three small female shih tzu rescue dogs and many life-time gal pals!

This is the first home that I have built. I have done extensive remodeling on many other homes that I acquired during the historical housing market crisis. With a lot of "Sweat Equity", they all turned out great!

Last year I contracted with a Tom Sanger Pool Company and the pool includes all the "bells and whistles", fountains, lights, jets, sunshelves, all in a huge caged-in deck for awesome pool parties and fun! the whole back yard overlooks the lake due west which makes for some awesome sunsets sipping on a plastic wine cup sitting in or out of the pool!

The green house is a simple and beautiful, and very efficient home with Cathedral ceilings for nice open concept and lots of natural light in a super central location on a beautiful lake minutes away from white sand beaches. And of course I embellished the home with as much of my own designer TLC as heavenly possible! The green house is nestled away by mossy trees in it's
private own oasis.

However, the location couldn't be more perfectly and conveniently CENTRALLY LOCATED to excellent restaurants, shopping, spas, and easy access to main highways SR70, Hwy 41, and 13 min to I 75 for day trips. Popular one-day destinations include Disney World, Seaworld, Busch Gardens, and so many other theme parks. Tampa/St. Pete are 45 min and 30 min away. Orlando is 75 min away. Miami is 3.5 hours.

I stocked the house with as many of the very best goodies and necessities on the market to make for a truly remarkable and memorable vacation.

Green is my favorite color as you will see and this house is a real emerald!

An extremely nice custom designed HEATED and caged in pool! The convenient and central location to so many fun destinations is fantastic!! At the same time, the house is located in an oasis that sits right on a clean fresh water lake that is good for fishing including large mouth bass, black crapie, sunfish, and catfish. There is 270 degree views of the lake.

Cook your favorite foods on the big outdoor grill and eat in the outdoor gazebo by the lake. I have provided every modern convenience known to man in this immaculate home. So relax and enjoy the good life!
