Not only are the bedrooms spacious, the living area, kitchen and dining has plenty of room for you to lay back and relax and even enjoy a home cooked meal and staycation.

Both bedrooms feature Queen Beds and TVs and have a full bath with tub on the same side of the house.
The living room is stocked with games a big screen TV and the sofa can turn into a full sized bed.
The recliner can fully extend giving you enough space as a twin bed.

Passed the kitchen and dining room you can enjoy the outdoor patio with furniture, small table and charcoal grill and enjoy all the great weather Florida has to offer!

On the other end of the house you will find an oversized bedroom with Full size mattress Bunk Beds and a twin trundle. Allowing plenty of sleeping space. There is also a futon that can be used as a full size bed, and a TV.

Connected off that room is the 2nd bathroom with Shower stall and a washer and dryer.

Very dirty house

The house was very dirty. We killed 2-3 roaches per day and some spiders. The floor behind the blinds by the slider was full of dirt. One of the bedrooms mattress was extremely uncomfortable. We had to put the mattress on top of the sleeper sofa to make it bearable to sleep on. The microwave beaker kept tripping. Needless to say we left early.

Don’t be fooled

Listing,location(if youre going to Busch gardens) makes this property sound great. It was everything but great. When I checked in I found a live roach in the kitchen(didn’t complain as I do pest control and know they can find their way inside at times). As I walked the home I saw two more live roaches in the bathroom where the bunk beds are and I also saw multiple spiders on the roof of the bathroom. These insects are coming in due to a door not being sealed and definitely because there is no pest control done at this property. When my family and I were getting settled in my 8 yr old son wanted to see the backyard so as he was opening the backyard the blinds came out of the wall and fell on him. When I mentioned this to the host her response was as if we broke it intentionally- you could tell when the blinds were installed they were not installed properly so this caused the holes to open up. The showers in the bathroom were extremely small. One barely fits a full sized adult. The floors were very dirty, I had to sweep the floors myself. The room with the bunk beds was extremely hot as you can tell it was added to the house after it was built so ac may not have been done correctly. The bed frame in one of the rooms is missing wooden slats which caused the mattress to sink and the first night one of the slats broke and caused me to fall off the bed (I weigh 218lbs and I’m 5’10 average build) so it was not due to me being overweight. No sheets or blankets. I would stay away!
