Prime location in South Tampa, 2 mins from International Plaza. Relatively close to the best shops and restaurants in town; Bern's Steakhouse, International Plaza, Downtown Tampa, Channelside District and Ybor City. This quaint place is great for families, couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers.

Please note that this home has an HOA and last minute changes are not allowed, therefore we have a Cancellation Policy in place for this reason. If you cancel after the 30 day window, you get 50% refund up to 15 days before your check in date. If you cancel anytime after the 15 day window, you will lose your reservation and funds will no longer be refundable. NOTE: in the event that there are travel restrictions or natural disasters we will work with you to reschedule your trip up to 120 days from your check in date. THANK YOU.
Our home is prepped based upon the number of guests. Only registered guests are allowed.
Pets are allowed subject to approval by the host and a pet fee (assistance/support animals must be disclosed at time of booking as we require certificates to waive fees). Gatherings, parties, events and smoking is not allowed. Violators are subject to penalties.
We are very available during our guests' stay. While we are not on site, we can be reached via text at any time. Respecting our guests' privacy and wishes is our top priority. We welcome the opportunity to assist our guests by making restaurant/shopping recommendations, sharing favorite things to do in the area, and helping with transportation, etc.
