Grand Living Area & Kitchen
Cathedral wood ceilings and large windows frame a beautiful view of the mountain. Modern design, an open concept and extensive woods combine with a window wall in the living room to create a beautiful open space. Snuggle up by the fireplace, enjoy your après-ski and your favourite channels on the TV - Netflix, Disney and Prime are included!

The kitchen opens up to the Great Room with a large kitchen island and chalet-modern wood finishes - a perfect place to snack while you prepare and enjoy your special meals at the modern harvest table. The kitchen is stocked with cutlery, cookware and essentials including coffee maker and small appliances.

Our guests will enjoy the included Disney, Netflix and Prime streaming. This lux condo features smart TVs as well as included WiFi for guests to stream their fav shows & stay connected.

Pour votre confort, nous fournissons des draps de qualité hôtelière, des serviettes fraîches et des articles de toilette. 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.

15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.

Weekend in Mont Tremblant

Great weekend with family! This place was clean and close to ski village. We also enjoyed the trails around the corner. Yiu just need to be mindful of the city bylaws for "noise". We just use the google speaker, which are not very loud, the the neighbors complained. Generally we found the building and interior walls not to be that sound proof. Good times nonetheless.

This property was just perfect for our annual Girl’s weekend. The beautiful layout easily accommodated our group. Property manager was always available and quick to respond to our enquiries. Will defiantly come again.

Wonderful property - fall cycling adventure for 8 adults

Wonderful location, layout, spacious and the kitchen had everything that we could need for a few days of cycling and good food! Cycling storage for 8 bikes was excellent. Electric charge option for our vehicles were appreciated. Beds, linens and towels were wonderful & plentiful.
