Welcome to 201 Verbier, perfectly located on Le GĂ©ant Golf Course, just under 1 km from Mont-Tremblant Village and the slopes. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath condo sleeps up to 10 guests. The main living area features floor-to-ceiling windows, a cozy lounge, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with high-end finishes and a Nespresso machine.
Bedrooms include 2 kings (each with balcony access), 1 queen, and a room with 2 bunk beds. A playful âmagic closetâ room keeps kids entertained, and thereâs also a workspace, playpen, and high chair for convenience.
Step outside to one of the three balconies, featuring a BBQ and outdoor dining area with seating for up to 12.
Includes access to Verbier Pavilion (pool â summer, hot tub, gym, & sauna â year-round) The spas and pool are open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and the gym opens at 6 a.m.

Ce spacieux appartement de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bains peut accueillir jusqu`à 10 personnes. Le salon principal est doté de baies vitrées, d`un coin salon confortable, d`une grande table à manger et d`une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec des finitions haut de gamme et une machine Nespresso.
Les chambres comprennent 2 lits king size (chacun avec accÚs au balcon), 1 lit queen size et une chambre avec 2 lits superposés. Une chambre ludique avec un « placard magique » divertit les enfants, et vous trouverez également un espace de travail, un parc et une chaise haute pour plus de commodité.
Sortez sur l`un des trois balcons, équipés d`un barbecue et d`un coin repas extérieur pouvant accueillir jusqu`à 12 personnes.
Comprend l`accÚs au Verbier Pavilion (piscine en été, jacuzzi, salle de sport et sauna toute l`année). Les spas et la piscine sont ouverts tous les jours de 9 h à 21 h, et la salle de sport ouvre à 6 h.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Townâs Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renterâs damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.
