Ta vår korta 15 minuters bilresa till Siesta Key Beachs pulverformiga vita sandstränder. Grillområdet är omgivet av en mycket privat trädgård. Vardagsrummet har en 40-tums LCD-TV. Det stora sovrummet med privat badrum har en dubbelsäng och öppnar till trädgården. Köket är mycket
rymliga, fullt uppgraderade med frukostbar och stolar. Har allt
moderna apparater inklusive spis, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp,
diskmaskin. Den är fullt utrustad med små apparater
som kaffebryggare, brödrost och många tillbehör för gourmetmatlagning.
Vårt hus är mycket välkommen för barnen! Vi har fantastiska två berättelser
modern dubbelsäng för dina barn eller tonåringar de skulle älska! Huset är fullt möblerat och flyttar in redo.

Very nice

Nice, clean and comfortable home. Good location with easy access to major roads, UTC mall and beaches. Host was pleasent, informative and easy to communicate with.

Christmas in Sarasota

The property was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants & family. The home was well supplied with linens & cooking supplies. I would definitely stay there again

Sibling trip!

I was staying here with my two siblings for 2 weeks. We are from Michigan and along comes Milton!!! Our host, Natalia is a wonderful person. She was so understanding that we wanted to head inland for the storm. The house did fine through the storm and when we got back Natalia helped us with the power issues. The house is real nice, clean and well taken care of!! We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you for all your help Natalia!

House was great and conveniently located to shopping, Sarasota sites and the interstate. Natalia was a wonderful host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Cute house near the beaches

This house is equipped and well maintained with basic essentials for a comfortable stay in Florida. Great location near retail and restaurant spaces and only a short drive from the beach. Host was prompt, responsive and courteous. We had a fun stay! Thank you!

Wonderful stay

Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house is spacious and well equipped with everything we needed to host a Thanksgiving celebration. I felt blessed to have a place for our children and grandchildren to gather. The owner has thought of everything a guest needs to feel at home during their stay. She response a question I had was prompt and very personable. I would recommend a stay at this propetrty!

Comfortable and quiet

The home has plenty of space. The fenced yard was great. The house has everything we needed ie: shampoos, soaps, coffee and tea. The owner was very helpful and kind to us. Thanks!

Spacious house, great location

The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. All the extras were thought of, including shampoo and laundry detergent available. The beds were comfortable and our kids loved the huge box of toys. Close to stores and convenient location for a drive to the beach, great neighborhood. I'd definitely recommend.

Just Like Home

Absolutely love this place, the house ; the atmosphere, just everything about it! Very comfortable and well supplied , just bring your toothbrush and tanning lotion. The owner has been wonderful to work with as well. We can't wait to return. Thank you Natalia!

Best rental ever

We loved this house. We have three children and this house was perfect with room to spare. We loved all this house had to offer everything from beach chairs and umbrella to shampoo in the showers. The people were really nice and helpful if we needed anything. The only negative I can say about this place is that the WiFi did not work very well we had to us are data which was not a big deal for us. But you can't beat the price or This wonderful house.

Great house!

This was our Spring Brake vacation week. The house has plenty room to accommodate family of 6. The place was spotless when we arrived. Location was great, about 10 min. to the beach ares. You will find all need in the house. Loved owner customer service! Will be back again next year. Will recommend to all my friends to stay here.

Great Vacation Home

My husband and I vacationed in this home for the month of March 2012. It is close to shopping and a short drive to a beautiful beach. Great neighborhood for walking/biking. The home is very comfortable. Great for families and adults. We like the fact that the fee includes everything. We did miss not having a house phone.

Loved our stay!!!!

This house had everything needed to make our first stay in Sarasota great! The house is newly remodeled and very clean!!! We loved being able to walk to stores and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Natalie (owner) was very friendly and easy to work with. There is a park nearby that has state of the art equipment/ nature trail for the young & old. We fell in love with gorgeous Siesta Key beach that is nearby. We will definitely return :)

Great house, good location!

We rented this house for our whole family. We have a toddler and the house was perfect for us! LOVED the kids' bedroom. Quiet neighbourhood, clean property, equipped with everything we needed (boogie board, beach chairs, etc.) Short drive to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, everything is nearby. If you choose to make your meals at home it's easy - the kitchen has everything: all dishes and utensils and everything you might need! We loved the grill - cooking in made our stay more economical and convenient. At night we enjoyed drinks on a lovely screened lanai. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We bought this house in 2009 as a vacation house when I was pregnant with my second one. We spend 2-3 month in a year here, so this is our home and we furnished it with love. Also I'm a mom, so I tried to make my house comfortable for the kids. We have everything to keep kids happy and safe.

botanical gardens, animal parks, boating, fishing, etc. Bush Gardens
is 1 hour north in Tampa and Disney World is just a 1,5 hour drive
into Orlando.
