Detta hem har en fräsch spa-känsla med moderna inslag. Det U-formade huset lindar sig runt en stor uteplats med pool i fri form. 40 fot glasdörrar öppnar mot 1400 kvadratmeter Lanai för 100% inomhus / utomhusliv. Lanai tittar in i en tropisk trädgård och bakom det är ett 8 fot stängsel för total integritet. Två av sovrummen har utsikt över poolen. Terrazzogranitgolv i hela huset har restaurerats och huset är helt uppdaterat med nya möbler, fönsterbehandlingar, sängkläder. Alla sängar är inneslutna i 'Allergy Armor' madrassväskor.

Huset ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde och en 15 minuters promenad tar dig till Starbucks, en frukostplats, livsmedelsbutik och annan shopping.

Detta hus ligger fyra miles från Siesta Key stranden som är rankad som en av de 10 bästa stränderna i landet. Det är en enkel bilresa och det finns gott om parkering vid stranden. Vi erbjuder strandstolar, paraply, badhanddukar och en svalare.

Awesome Stay

The house was very clean and quiet. It was close to the beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. The Owner was easy to communicate with and provided a detailed binder with info on anything you wanted to do, eat, beaches and maps. The pool was so relaxing. The owner included beach chairs and beach/pool floaties. We would definitely book this again. Thank you, Linda for sharing you house with us.

This is the perfect place to stay in Sarasota. The house is in a quiet neighborhood which is convenient to shops, restaurants, gyms, parks and Siesta Key beach.

Great Stay!!!

Had a wonderful time staying at this property. The house was very clean and spacious. The pool and outside area was perfect. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe staying there. It was close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Linda the host was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Would definitely recommend staying here. Already planning to come back next year!

Great Family Getaway

The house was wonderful, the pool area was large with many areas to enjoy with family members. A very clean, well equipped property with comfy beds and modern furnishings. The four bedrooms were all a nice size, with sitting and desk areas. The location was very central, with a quick commute to Siesta Beach and the many other attractions in Sarasota. I

Siesta Key/Sarasota House

Everything about this property was accurate to the information we received. The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Our family enjoys cooking/eating in and not always going out, so for us, the kitchen was ideal. It was very well stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, pots/pans, casseroles, storage containers, spices, and other items that made it very well equipped. Thanks to Linda! We would definitely return to this property when traveling to the Sarasota area.

Fabulous! We loved the pool and inside edge around the pool shell. Convenient to Restaurants, shopping and Siesta Key Beach. Very nice accommodations; very thought out. Bedding coverage just the right weight of sheets and blankets; we nestled right in. Outside dining and grilling area is also very nice. Very nice... We would definitely return.

Linda was very helpful with the check in process. Location: Great location. Publix , and Walmart blocks away. Siesta key Beach is 12-15 minutes away from the house. Neighborhood: Quite , secluded. House: it is huge for a family of 4. 4 bedrooms equipped with everything. Renovated bathrooms. Plenty of beach towels. Pool: the best feature! Going to beach: don’t worry about it. Linda has plenty of chairs, and umbrellas. I do recommend this property without hesitation. I am planning to go back next Summer. Carlos

Fabulous place to stay

We loved staying at this home. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was amazing. Especially night swimming. The location was close to everything. The home was immaculate. The owners thought of everything. There were beach chairs umbrella, noodles, rafts. Would stay again.

Perfect Getaway

We've rented several beach properties through the years,but this one was by far our favorite. It was clean, beautifully decorated, thoroughly equipped with everything needed. The screened lanai made it a mosquito free trip. Perfect!

Lovely home with great outdoor area with pool

The table in the pool was grear for soaking with a snack and drink. The desk in several bedrooms was great because this was a working vacation.

My family is large ...In the winter the 4 bedrooms mean that relatives can be coming and going and no one ends up on the sofa.
I walk my 18 lb dog to Starbucks in the morning when it's still cool out and both of us are happy the rest of the day! After I get home I pick up bagels at Brooklyn Bagels or croissants at Rondevous French Bakery and the rest of the family is also happy!
Crunch Fitness is a 1 mile walk from the house and the Anytime Fitness is a 5min drive. The YMCA'S are also fabulous here in Sarasota and we are convenient to 2 of the best.

Update: Winter 2021, if anyone is going to Siesta Key beach they leave the house early, like 10 am, unless they want to struggle for parking.

I try to respond promptly if anything comes up during the stay. Texting with me is generally the best way to communicate.

After driving up and down both coasts over 3 winters I chose Sarasota because of the very established feel of the town.
Many of the developments were established years ago and the landscaping is mature and beautiful, The clean, modern style that is represented by the 'Sarasota School of Architecture' pops up here and there in the neighborhood.
The house is centrally located to the Gulf Gate Restaurant scene, Siesta Key Village and the downtown restaurants. The many beaches on Siesta Key are 4 miles from the house and Siesta Key Village is 4 miles from the house.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The house is spread out and there are several different places to relax.
Each person can have as much or as little privacy as they want. Most of the bedrooms have desks if you need to work remotely.
The pool area is so delightful that many guests have told me they never went to the beach.
