Coco Plum shopping area a few minutes drive, for groceries and other sundries.

We have friends who live locally, we love the gulf beaches and the warm sun in the winter months! We visit our home a couple of times a year, hosting on VRBO and AirBnB helps us pay it's bills, and allows us to share our Florida experience with others!
Varför värden valde detta boende
North Port is an awesome place with a small town feel, yet close enough to the major centers like Tampa, Sarasota and Fort Myers that access is easy! It is very family friendly and slower paced than other urban areas, yet has potential for lots of growth in the future. The Atlanta Braves just built their spring training ball park in North Port, and it is a short drive to many gulf beaches. Warm Mineral Springs are located here, as well as the North Port Aquatic Center, which is awesome for families of all ages!

Our house backs a seasonal canal on a very quiet street, there is only one near neighbor so the space feels quite private. The outdoor spaces are awesome, large covered lanai with a screened-in pool enclosure (heated salt water pool!), and a fully fenced backyard. There is a grill and firepit as well.
The indoor spaces are nicely arranged, with the master off to one side and an open concept main living area. The kitchen is well appointed-Coffee Lovers rejoice! Complimentary first day cofee is provided by a local roaster, and there is drip, pour-over and cold brew coffee makers for your enjoyment.
Decorating is simple and tasteful, smart TVs are in the living room and master bedroom, and there is a small selection of books and games. Wifi capable printer and small office area present. Small touches like luggage racks and stools in bathrooms for clothing/gear are present.
Laundry facilities including iron and board are inside the house, and detergents, paper towel, toilet paper are provided. All bed linens and towels as well. Master and main bedroom have high thread count 100% cotton sheets.
