Beläget i ett trevligt lugnt norra hamnområde, nära i75 och Rte. 41 ger enkel tillgång till shopping, restauranger, bra stränder, golfbanor, parker och Warm Minerals Springs ligger en kort bilresa bort.

Denna tre sovrum, två badrum fritidshus ligger på ett mycket trevligt dubbel hörn mycket. Hemmet har en öppen planlösning, när du kommer in i hemmet hälsas du med en bekväm sittgrupp med utsikt över Lanai. Några steg tar dig vidare in i köket, vardagsrummet och matplatsen. Köket är mycket rymligt och fullt utrustat för alla dina matlagningsbehov och är öppna för vardagsrum och frukostkrok. Det finns också ett tvättstuga intill köket. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, med klädkammare och privat master bad, med nedsänkt duschkabin och dubbla handfat. Det stora sovrummet har också skjutreglage med tillgång till lanai / poolområdet. Det första gäst sovrummet är utrustat med en queen size-säng och klädkammare. Den andra gäst sovrummet är utrustat med en full size säng, dubbel dörr garderob och skjutreglage till trädgården med utsikt över lindeträdet. Gästens fulla badrum innehåller en standard badkar / dusch combo och hemmet har också ett bifogat 2 bil garage för bekväm parkering och tillgång till hemmet. Lanai / poolområdet är perfekt för simning, grillning, matsal, slappa eller bara njuter av din kaffe ute på morgonen.

Hemmet är utrustat med Xfinity kabel-tv i vardagsrummet och sovrummet och WiFi är tillgängligt för internetuppkoppling. Huset är fullt utrustat med färskt lakan och handdukar och det finns också handdukar till poolen samt paraplyer och stolar för stranden.

Visiting our Son

It was fun to have the tropical lots to both sides and the front! Nice landscaping and privacy on 3 sides. Fourth side (back) had houses but a nice fence to separate them. (loud little neighbor girl at times. Was unfortunate).Pool delightful. It would have been nice to keep the pool light a little later, like until 10pm anyway. But we didn't request a change so owner may have accommodated. We did have the owner heat the pool for us. For a charge, but worth it!

Home Away from Home

We stayed one week. The house is beautifully decorated with pineapple decor. It had a nice screened in pool. Bed was very comfortable. Nice neighborhood that we were able to take our morning walks. We will book this place again.

Good Choice

We were very comfortable during our stay. Loved the appliances and having so many tv's! Was hoping to spend last full day using the pool, but were unable to because of weekly pool maintenance reqirementsmaintenance

The 5 star reviews were correct !

We have used VRBO dozens of times and especially in Florida , we always use renters reviews as a gauge , The 5 star reviews of Johns home are accurate . Clean , close to shopping and in a quiet neighborhood . Top shelf bedding , towels and lots of plates and glasses for inside and out . John is a 5 star host and if we ever decide to return to North Port if his home is available we would book again in a second ! You really could not ask for more .

Perfect House

We have been coming to the area for over 7 years, staying in houses along the Tamiami Trail. North Port is central to a number of venues. Dealing with John was a breeze, and there were no problems at all. Unfortunately, the coolness of night did not lend to using the pool. The four of us with an average age of 75 used the lanai to play cards instead. Very nice neighborhood too. Thanks John.

Excellent Stay Experience

We recently enjoyed a fantastic week at the Pineapple House. The house was spotlessly clean and well-stocked, making it easy for us to settle in and enjoy our time there. Its proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, and a short drive to the beach (about 30 minutes) was very convenient. Your hospitality was exceptional, with quick and clear communication throughout our stay. The high-speed internet and comfortable amenities ensured we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Sunny and quiet gateway in Florida

We had a fantastic stay at John's Vrbo in Florida. From the moment we booked, John was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions we had, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean and very spacious, providing plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy. The quiet location was a real bonus, with low traffic ensuring a peaceful and serene environment. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area. It was well-fenced for safety and included a lovely lanai, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather without any interruptions. Wonderful Experience!

The Pineapple House lives up to it's five star reviews! We loved the layout, and decor of the home. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to prepare meals and have fun at the beach (chairs, umbrellas, beach towels). John was a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly to minor problems and questions. The neighborhood was quiet with very little traffic, I enjoyed walking my dog in the mornings. The lanai and pool were wonderful!

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean upon arriving and just a great house to spend our time in Florida. Kitchen was equipped very nicely and the pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature. The supplies from toiletries, paper goods, to soaps were just another pleasant surprise. It was a truly great "Vacation". Thanks John for your continued communication and for making our stay so pleasant.

Five Star Rating and Accurate Description

I had high confidence (and expectations) of this property based on all the previous 5 star ratings. The property was up to those expectations. The house was very clean. The master bed was very comforable. I liked the layout of the house. Makes it easy for spending time with family. The office was very useful and convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and I appreciated that they provided dish soap and garbage bags and detergent. They also had chairs, umbrellas, and pool noodles in the garage you could use. The seating on the patio was ample and the two chairs outside the bedroom sliding door were really comfortable. The pool was the higlight and we enjoyed it a lot. The host does a great job of providing all the things you might need. The host provides lots of clear information and instructions and responda very quickly if you have a question. Staying here felt like home, I will very strongly consider returning.

Perfect in every way

The house was clean, roomy, quiet neighborhood. Garage to park our car was spacious and clean. Pool was wonderful with noodles provided! The owner/host was quick to answer our questions and provide solutions to any issues we had. We highly recommend this lovely home.

Excellent Experience

What a beautiful home away from home. The house was clean, it had so many extras (air fryer, cleaners, extra pillows/blankets), brand new washer and dryer, and it was pet friendly. Not to mention the owner responded to every message sent almost immediately. Such an excellent experience. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Excellent home great neighborhood!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was outstanding! It is in a beautiful neighborhood, friendly and very quiet. It is also pet friendly. The home was in the path of Hurricane Ian and John updated us with repairs to the pool cage and fencing several times before our arrival. The house is immaculate! The kitchen is completely stocked with anything you need. There are beach chairs, umbrellas in case you want to go to the beach. We spent a lot of time swimming in the pool, reading and relaxing on the lanai. This house is highly recommended and we look forward to returning again the next year.

Pineapple Vacation

We enjoyed our month at Golden Pineapple. Neighbourhood was safe and quiet. Pool was excellent and we swam everyday. Any issues were handled quickly and resolved to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this home for vacation needs.,
