Enjoy open concept floor plan with great room, formal dining room and breakfast area. Large screened in lanai offers additional entertainment space around heated pool.
Located 20 minutes away from Venice and Englewood beaches, interstate 75 is 2 minutes away.

Wonderful experience!

We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat. Very thoughtful in providing all of the little things we needed such as shampoo, all the necessary pots and pans and utensils, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, chairs and toys for the kids at the beach, floats for the pool…One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed! Amazing!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home and very clean. Communication around check-in was terrific and owner allowed us to stay a little later on check-out as we had a late afternoon flight. The garden is gorgeous and was a highlight for us!

Awesome

This host does all the little things right. Great host! Home was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. Communication was awesome. Pool was heated appropriately, and we greatly enjoyed it. Beds, furniture and tables we great. My wife is really missing the one recliner she fell in love with. Finally a rental with a good washer and dryer that works appropriately. This house feels like home away from home! If we are in the area, we will undoubtedly rent again without question. Thank you for a great stay!

Very Nice House

My stay in this house was very good. Nice house house, super clean and equipped. The only thing I would say, the heated pool was not working properly, but I guess under 50 degrees weather in Florida, probably will need more power to handle. (not needed for the rest of the year)

Quiet private retreat with a good central location on the Gulf Coast.

Arrived to a clean well stocked home. Plenty of room for just two of us but also a large family or group. Quiet neighborhood and yard. Enjoyed the pool and location close to gulf beaches but far enough away to leave the crowds behind at the end of the day.

Great rental for baseball fans!

Enjoyed being close to North Port and Cool Today park since my husband and son were playing baseball there for the Braves’ fantasy camp. Great location, clean, pool was nice to jump in after a long day of baseball.

Wonderful vacation at a beautiful property

We especially appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of this house. The pool was enjoyable and the house itself was elegant and well equipped. We are regulars to the Warm Mineral Springs in North Port and beach in Venice which were both easy drives, as well as the proximity to all the nearby shopping and dining. The owner was a pleasure and very proactive.

We have friends in Venice, Sarasota and Punta Gorda and were 25 minutes from each. It was very clean with new furnishings. Very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The decor is modern, the house has everything you might need, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was a highlight and backyard privacy was a plus. The host was very responsive and replied within minutes. While not expected, it was appreciated.

Lovely Pool and surroundings

We had a long term stay here and enjoyed the house very much. The pool area is extremely private which is very important to us and unusual to find. The hosts are super responsive. The AC had gone out and they had it repaired the next day. The location is very accessible for exploring beaches and shopping. The only negative was if you are staying for a while, bring a couple favorite pans from home, which is fairly typical.

Nice Place but No Heated Pool. More like taking a polar plung.

This wasn't our original place to stay but since there was an issue with the property booked, they instead let us stay at this property. The house was very nice but the beds were not comfortable and the heater in the pool was broke so we were unable to enjoy that during our stay.

I dont write reviews often but felt this was worth writing. Our stay was Great at this home (4 days). Supper clean and had everything we needed. All furniture and kitchen items seem to be in new condition (future tenants please keep it that way). Family friendly and has washer and drier which was a huge help. pool was enjoyable and very private. One of the best things about this property was the privacy. If you have high moral values and want to avoid all the filth the public pool or what beach offers this is the place. VERY private back yard and patio. Neighborhood was more out of city limits and i dont think we even saw any neighbors. Park like landscape which made for beautiful pictures. shopping was only minutes away(if your health conscious Publics has many organic options and only 5 min away and if your a Costco shopper its about 25 min) and if you do enjoy the ocean it's not far for evening sunsets and walks. Few things for the owner that would be a help.... to help with swimmers, i think a swim suit water extractor would be a good investment and may save energy so the drier isn't used as much. also maybe another towel rack outside to help line dry if there is multiple swimmers. Over all a 5 star and if we plan to be in the North Port Area would defiantly consider this property!

Ein wunderschönes Haus zu erholen

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben und perfekt zum erholen. Es ist wirklich alles da was man braucht und alles gut gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausverwaltung ist schnell, äußerst zufriedenstellend und zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder!

Smartly decorated home away from home

Home was as described. The backyard is slightly overgrown but like a tropical paradise . The house was smartly decorated and had the comforts to make our stay in Florida visiting family wonderful.
