Disappointed, property has issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is older and has issues that drove me to check out early and find a different place at extra cost to me. Upon entering, the house has a very musty smell. Floors are old and original, they creak with every step you take and echo throughout the house. Every time the HVAC unit turns on it sounds like someone dropping a metal ball from the ceiling in the upstairs master suite, which woke me up every hour during the night. TV freezes, buffers every 30 sec to 1 minute making it impossible to watch. No bath towels were provided. When I brought these up to the management company asking for a refund, the owner of the property said that my issues were preference and not problems. So, if you like old houses with creaky floors, loud banging noises that interrupt sleep, no TV, and no bath towels this place is for you. Two areas where the property was pleasant: very clean and a nice view.
